swimming pool restaurant staff had abrupt and poor manner, food choices were unavailable, poor vegetarian options, bedrooms were dark, black/grey/white not so inviting, bathroom fittings old - generally upstairs has been cheaply refurbished, downstairs is pleasant |

Good location. High prices not justified by cleanliness particularly in the dining room. |

The room we stayed in was beautiful and the food excellent. The hotel location directly opposite the beach is ideal for families. |

Quality of food was better than expected. The heating was almost unbearable, like a sauna. Far too hot most of the time. Had to throw off the duvet most nights. |

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and are a big asset Clearly the hotel has had avery extensive overhall and been completely revamped to appeal to modern trends and demands for high standards. Sadly it failed to meet this standard due to poor building work. The room was spolit by poor plasterwork on the walls, damp coming in around the double glazed window, in the bathroom tiles were poorly grouted with grout left on tiles and uneven walls. |

Pillows were really comfortable, and the decor in the bedroom was good and the tv Pool area not as nice as expected. My daughter slipped in the water outside the shower and really hurt her leg on the step at the shower - bruised all down her shin |
