Very efficient staff,, location superb..

Very disappointed with cleanliness of sheets on beds,,, expect better from an otherwise well appointed hotel,, made comment on checking out,,, spoilt what was otherwise a pleasant stay

The reception area was tasteful and the breakfast was nice

The rooms were very poor quality they were very dated and looked very cheaply decorated. The room was red hot as the radiator would not turn off the the thermostat did not work. When I told reception the next morning they did not appear bothered. The bathroom was grubby and very small, not some where you would want to have a bath. Overall poor and needs updating. I would not go back.

Fantastic location. Seconds from the beech. Great facilities in hotel, spa,pool , jacuzzi, sauna, restaurant , cafe bar,24 hour bar, evening entertainment.Early check in and late check out no problem.Stay was for daughters 13th birthday and flowers and chocolates for her on arrival a lovely touch Affordable unpretentious luxury. Well done to all at The Inn on the Prom

Have been to this hotel six times since 1990, boutique room tired and dated, toilet so cramped it must have been designed in the dark and not cleaned properly, decor in room needed renewed and walls badly needing painted, tide marks on ceiling where flat roof has been leaking, walls so thin you could hear everything, service at bar poor and drinks exspensive. General hotel decor feels tired and suites bus tours. Dont be fooled by boutique room thinking your going to get something special, all in all disapointing, sorry.

Friendly staff

The shower in the bathroom was terrible!! we were offered the bathroom facilities in the rom next door butthese were the same! and we were told that there were no power showers in the hotel so we had to use the ones in the leisure complex not ideal when you have been at work all day! The food finishes at 8pm so do not expect anything to eat if you arrive after this time, as we did! on a couple of occasions.

The room was better than our last trip.

Breakfast could have been hotter.

The room was lovely and had a balcony, and the bed was lovely and comfortable and snug. My 14 year old said the breakfast was the best he had had for a long time. Both boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, the rooms are tired and need redecorating, bathrooms need refitting, the towels cover you in fluff and the velvet covered lightfittings are pretty grim!

Four poster bed was made from the cheapest pine. Room thermostat didn't work, room cold. Couldn't adjust the temp on the shower (too hot) so had a bath. Surface of the bath was rough, as if it had been resurfaced badly.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Comfort in the bar area.

The front of houes facilities were good, lounge, bar, restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was shabby. Attempts at sprucing up the decor had been done on the cheap. We were kept awake by loud music from the ballroom on two successive nights.

rooms where very clean,and spacious, food was exellant and plentiful

the hotel in general was good.would stay again,but would need to upgrade the room.the area was beautiful and their were lots of good walks.

narrow corridors,difficult to find your room.room dark with no outlook.i am an arthritic and found it difficult at times.

We had a pamper session at Skin & Tonic and I would highly recommend anybody staying at the hotel to go and have one. Serenity & Chloe were absolutely fantastic and made you feel very welcome we will be going back to see them again

Excellent breakfast, lots of free parking, Location is good as its not in the hussle and bussle of Blackpool. If you can get the special room rates its well worth the stay but would not pay the full room rates.

Towels in the rooms are too small they are the size of flannels ! Heating in our room was stuck on full as the thermostat on the wall had broken so had to have the window wide open all night.

Value for money.Friendly/courteous staff at reception, bar & restaurant.Excellent buffet style breakfast. In conclusion we only paid the competitive price of £57 & we did have the opportunity to upgrade our room for £20.These alternative rooms looked refurbished & very nice indeed

Basic bedroom overlooking car park at rear of hotel but clean & comfortable bed.No toiletries.No towels in room on arrival but swiftly provided by staff.Problems with shower.Room safe inoperative.No information in room. A whirring sound which we were unable to identify during the night disturbed our sleep.

Food and staff were excellant.

The room was very dated and a little grubby.
