Excellent meal for New year's Eve. Hotel was tastefully decorated with tasteful decorations for Christmas and N.Y.'s eve. Overhead floor creaked which was disturbing at night. As the hotel was an old Georgian house with original wooden floors this couldn't be helped.

Our room was to the rear of the hotel but we would not have minded this if the decor had been better. The wallpaper was in need of replacing as it was torn in places and the carpet which extended to the bathroom (most un-hygienic) was well worn and dirty. However, the bed was extremely comfortable. The corridors were also in need of decorating and the bedroom doors need replacing. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay. Breakfast was extra so we didn't have the full english but instead opted for the continental which was very limited.

Friendly staff, location, secure parking but very limited space for it Furniture, decor and furnishings old fashioned and poor quality. Rate was far from cheap but breakfast not included. Good views from front but the Council street cleaning depot at the rear with a noisy and early start.

Very friendly hotel excellent for children. The pool, sauna and games room ideal for keeping children occupied after a day out or on the beach. Cannot fault the hotel, but would have liked a sea view. Also a little surprised that breakfast was not included in our package.

We really enjoyed our stay, what a view for a wonderful seaside trip. We all ready have told friends and family, that its a must to go esp with kids or as a couples break. We also would like to say a huge thank you for packing our pram for us and making sure we got it back safe and sound. We had so much fun as a family and there was so much to do for our 2 year old son inside the hotel, We will be coming back again next year till our little grow up.. The bedroom was very big just the perfect size for us as a family and for our little one to run around in. The staff was very nice and helpful and this made it even more well coming and warm to stay. The food was lovely in hotel. The breakfast was really wonderful, but I little bit expensive and it would be grate that you did a family package offer where the breakfast was included. We would like to be posted or e-mail if there was any offer like smart buy again for any further trips.

I had to extend my stay, on an emergency basis and the hotel re-arranged bookings so that I stayed in the same room. When I subsequently cut short the extension, the hotel was, again, accommodating in not penalising me.

Our sea-view room was perfect; very comfortable, and very clean. Staff were charming, and nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the restaurant, where we had delicious breakfasts, but also really good cuisine for dinner. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It's location, near the North Beach and harbour is beautiful.

The staff at the Fourcroft are what makes it special. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and she had a great time and the staff made her very welcome. On a few occassions we were running late for dinner but were accomodated, even including some requests not on the menu (choosing from the lunchtime menu at dinner for example). Location is great with a private garden with direct private access to North beach. Suffice to say I am returning to the area to compete in Ironman but had already booked alternative accomodation, which has since been cancelled (at cost to me) to book at the Fourcroft again instead.

Excellent location with great facilitites for all the family if the weather means you want to stay inside. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly and were good at making our five year old feel important and special. Very clean throughout with lovely comfortable rooms. We thought breakfast a bit expensive especially if children just want juice and cereal, however this is optional.

On arrival we were welcomed by a very cheerful receptioist who checked us in and enjoyed a chat with us. There were four of us and we had booked two twin rooms. Our rooms were upgraded to seaview at no extra charge. All the staff we came accross were friendly and obliging. Would deifinately recomend this hotel and will be returning. We particularly liked the friendly staff. The welsh breakfast was particularly good and set us up for the day.

as when we have stayed in the past the staff made us feel very welcome. although for some the decor may be a bit dated for us it all adds to the charecter of the Fourcroft. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb. we have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. Nothing to complain about

I have stayed at The Fourcroft before and this was the reason that I booked a room for my recent stay. I was interested to ascertain whether I would have the same pleasant experience as I had eighteen months ago. I was not disappointed. The staff are still very welcoming, efficient and friendly. I was given a lovely room with a marvellous view if the beach and the sea. It was a very relaxing break.

The Fourcroft is an an excellent position for Tenby town and the view is spectacular. What we didn't like about the Fourcroft was the fact the room was quite small and for £120 per night a breakfast included would have been nice. We have stayed at the Park Hotel further up the road and for the same price it included an excellent breakfast. The Fourcroft wanted an extra £20.00 for breakfast.
