“Our stay at the Fourcroft was excellent, a little pricey but well worth it for the stunning views and service. I will be booking for next year and would recommend the hotel.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near the beach. Overall it was a pleasant stay. My room was looking out on a council yard. I realise it is not possible to have all rooms with a nice view but because the weather was bad it was rather depressing looking at that. The decor in is a bit 'tired and dated' around the reception area.

The Fourcroft is an an excellent position for Tenby town and the view is spectacular. What we didn't like about the Fourcroft was the fact the room was quite small and for £120 per night a breakfast included would have been nice. We have stayed at the Park Hotel further up the road and for the same price it included an excellent breakfast. The Fourcroft wanted an extra £20.00 for breakfast.

Friendly staff, location, secure parking but very limited space for it Furniture, decor and furnishings old fashioned and poor quality. Rate was far from cheap but breakfast not included. Good views from front but the Council street cleaning depot at the rear with a noisy and early start.

Very friendly hotel excellent for children. The pool, sauna and games room ideal for keeping children occupied after a day out or on the beach. Cannot fault the hotel, but would have liked a sea view. Also a little surprised that breakfast was not included in our package.

Perfect location minutes walk from the town centre over looking the beautiful old harbour and beach. Convenient car park at the rear of the hotel ( you need to reserve a space in advance though). Can't comment on the food here as we ate out every night as there were lots of enticing restaurants to choose from. The family room was a good size, plenty big enough for my wife and I plus one four year old. We will definitely come back again!

The most outstanding feature was the excellent staff - especially the receptionists who were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the leisure facilities, ie. Pool, sauna, games room etc were well maintained and kept the children occupied for hours - they were reluctant to leave the hotel despite beautiful beaches just outside! The gardens were pretty and the service in general was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience. We were allowed to come and go without any pressure from staff to get access to our room to make beds or clean. The way the Hotel is run encouraged us to relax and enjoy its position. We have no doubt that we will be going back to stay there in the near future. We found nothing to find fault with.

We stayed at the hotel as our friend was getting married there. We thought the wedding was very well organised and a lovely occasion. What struck us most about the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They managed to create a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt very much at home. We have already recommended it to other people as the location is stunning. Just the fact that we hadn't realised that you needed to book a parking space and so we had to park our car at the station. However this was only £3 for 24 hours and so this wasn't a great hardship. It would be useful to have had advice about parking with the information we were given on booking.

Service at breakfast Abrupt manner of the hotel manager when asked about parking on arrival. Decor dated. Tv at an angle on wall where could not get a good picture. Breakfast way over priced 10 pounds is too much for this level of hotel.

Our sea-view room was perfect; very comfortable, and very clean. Staff were charming, and nothing was too much trouble. We ate at the restaurant, where we had delicious breakfasts, but also really good cuisine for dinner. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It's location, near the North Beach and harbour is beautiful.

The staff at the Fourcroft are what makes it special. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and she had a great time and the staff made her very welcome. On a few occassions we were running late for dinner but were accomodated, even including some requests not on the menu (choosing from the lunchtime menu at dinner for example). Location is great with a private garden with direct private access to North beach. Suffice to say I am returning to the area to compete in Ironman but had already booked alternative accomodation, which has since been cancelled (at cost to me) to book at the Fourcroft again instead.
