Comfortable rooms friendly staff easy access to beach and town

The view from the hotel was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was positioned very nicely so good access to the beach and the gardens it has were lovely and well maintained. We had a lovely lady on the day we arrived give us her parking space. Would recommend if the rooms were cheaper

Very poor access to parking. We received a ticket on the first day due to no parking facilities and the nearest car park was well up the road. The room was very small for the money we paid. (£130 a night) and could do with a new carpet or a better carpet cleaner. The bathroom was also a bit dirty with marks up the back of the door and dust around the floor.

Clean room, friendly staff, right on the beach. They weren't opposed to swanning.

Beautiful sea views were hampered by blobs of paint on the window panes.

Fantastic location, lovely sea view. Lovely gardens opposite Hotel. Great to be able to park. Good breakfast, once topped up.

Bathroom was not clean, nor was bedroom when beds were moved. Slightly brusque reception staff. Quite noisy rooms, able to hear tv in next room. Beds very uncomfortable, mattresses need replacing.

The view was amazing, pay extra for a sea-view room otherwise the hotel may be a little disappointing. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good and well cooked.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Floor in the room didn't look hovered and the communal areas were all a bit grubby.

stayed at forecroft for a short break thought hotel was excellent and all staff verry friendly we will return in the future and advise any one to use this hotel

The room was excellent especially the sparkly floor in the bathroom! Facilites very good service staff polite and friendly.

Nothing really but the evening menu could have a little more variety.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect.

Location was good, reception staff friendly, hotel clean had been recently renovated, although its in a old building.

The restaurant service and food not so good. Staff not professionally trained and the kitchen chef not a good one, which is a shame because the ingredients were fresh and good quality, but the food was bland and we could tell it was the chef not up to spec. A bit pricey for what it was, £130 double sea view w/breakfast.

It is often difficult to find a hotel that has all the luxuries you would expect as a taseful adult, but that is also welcoming to children and with facilities that enable you to enjoy your time without them feeling bored or pent up in one room. the Forecroft offered all of the above along with a fantastic location and beautiful food. The staff were friendly and helpful and also organised an eater egg hunt for the children. It was lovely.

We liked the proximity to town, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent.

good coastal path walks, with excellent bus services, lovely scenery and very interesting town of Tenby

cold bedrooms, but bedroom facilities were good.

staff were very friendly especially to our 2 young daughters. We were made to feel very welcome.

It was great that the hotel was near the beach and local amenities. Staff friendly, clean hotel.

I did feel the hotel was a little tired and in need of some modernisation and a little overpriced for this.

Perfect location for the beach and the main town of Tenby. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of items to choose from.

The location is beautiful and the breakfasts are first class. The view from our room was stunning!

The room was cold, the bed was rock hard and my whole body ached. The evening meal was disappointing and the restaurant was cold and the background music was awful! I likened the music to cabaret music. Some nice low volume romantic ballards would have been so much nicer.
