helpful professional staff, good quality breakfast
Everything was just perfect.
Could not fault anything.
The staff were friendly and efficient and the downstairs lounge was very pleasant. There was a nice ambience.
The room was smaller than we had expected, the bath very small, and the hotel was greatly overpriced. Parking was difficult. We have paid a lot less for a lovely hotel in Mayfair, London!
Rich rude people ( not the staff )
This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. I'd love to return!
Nicely decorated rooms. Comfy bed. Turn down service unexpected but welcome. Good selection for breakfast.
Nice room Nice view Good breakfast
Amazing decor and very safe and comfortable. Staff couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. Liked the link up to Blanc Brasserie - the food was amazing and great value. You can just walk into the Brasserie from the main hotel.
Couldn't connect to wifi throughout the stay which was frustrating. Price DIDN'T include breakfast, which came at a whopping £15pp and was nowhere near value for money.
Beautiful room and bathroom facilities, lovely breakfast with great choice and friendly, smiley staff.
A duvet under the bed sheet (covering the mattress) did make the bed uncomfortable - new mattresses needed?
Tastefully renovated hotel, in perfect central location, with friendly efficient staff. Having the Raymond Blanc restaurant attached was a plus, as we met friends for dinner and could "go out" without leaving the Hotel. They also do a superb full English breakfast for only £7:50.
Really liked the friendly staff, Georgia decor and beautiful breakfasts. The location is great.
Stunning entrance and foyer. Perfect location opposite Queens Square and a stones throw to shops, restaurants and bars. Very quiet night even though city based.
Very small toilet/shower room. No bath. Breakfast room too crowded and room doesn't have a view, so we enjoyed a café breakfast 5 mins walk away.
It was my daughters birthday an and the hotel left her a happy birthday note and some chocolates.lovely
Brilliant staff who were very friendly and supportive. Room was comfortable and tastefully decorated
This hotel is superb, the staff were very friendly, the room was extremely comfortable and the whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The bar is well stocked and a cocktail is a must, breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We will return.
Car parking is limited but ....it's in the middle of Bath!! So what do you expect
The concierge offered to park my car in their private hotel parking while I could check-in. They gave me a room on the 1st floor at the back of the hotel, with a view of their parking. Through my window I saw the guy parking my car, and in doing so, bumping it against another car. My car has a back camera so I have no idea how he pulled that of, but he did. When confronting the concierge about this, he denied it completely, even though I saw it happen with my own eyes. Basically calling me a liar. This was very insulting to me. After informing the staff about this issue, they ignored it. There was no formal apology and no compensation whatsoever, something I do expect from a 4-star MGallery 330€/night hotel. - Another con is that they offer a beautiful rain shower. The downside is that when you turn it on, the whole bathroom floor will be full of water cause the shower is not isolated at all.
Very polite staff and loved the decor of the hotel. Didn't want to leave! Will definately be returning to stay here and would highly recommend.
Couldn't fault anything! Excellent hotel :)
Location, general atmosphere of hotel and lovely sitting areas. Great breakfast.
Stylish hotel with a great atmosphere. Location is a few 100m from the shops, the Pump Rooms etc.
Being picky the room was a little small, but the rest of the hotel and location made up for that.
The location, but giving that Bath is a small town it is not a tremendous asset The staff is nice
Almost everything : The hotel lobby is small, unorganized and not nice. You start your stay by queuing for 30 minutes even though the staff is trying its best. Room : small, noisy AC, bad view, worse bed than in a youth hostel Given the price of this hotel, I highly suggest you book somewhere else where you'll have something way better Avoid it at all cost!
The staff were very polite. The place was mostly immaculate. Great location. Interesting decor.
The beds were a bit lumpy, plus it was 2 singles stuck together. I expected a bit more size for the money, although admittedly I'm not knowledgeable in prices/sizes as I don't often frequent such establishments.
helpful staff, great breakfast, parking at the back of the hotel and central to Bath's wonderful sights.
Didn't realise how convenient the hotel would be to everything. Made the stay very much easier
