You will also need to pay the entire cost of the reservation at least 1 month before arrival. Late payment will result in the rooms being re-sold by The Generator.

Good service on the service desk! They helped us find our way trough London. Breakfast was good, Sunday night chill-out was nice and cosy :) Room was a little bit dusty. Though the showers were very clean and new, we would prefer an own shower. |

mainly i liked people of different nationalities, who all seemd to be rather friendly. and the fact that you have breakfast from 7-11 am.that's really great! no towels...i thought that hostels usually provide towels |

The corridor and bedroom were smelling bad! I would recommend to take this old smelling carpet out! The Breakfast was really poor! |

kindness, clean toilets, clean sheets, the lift, internet, the shop, the hostel's design - coloured walls etc. the toaster, one and only, for 500 people :) |

It was clean, near two main underground/train stations, well situated and well connected. In Russell square underground station you get indications of how to get there. It's ok for young travellers but uncomfortable if you are over 30. The room was extremely small, there were shared bathrooms (not enough showers at peak times), the bar where you have breakfast and gets overcrowded in the morning, the man at the entrance doesn't let you in without the hostel's card (even the first day, carrying the suitcase and all). And the fire alarm started for no reason while we were still in bed. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, cheap price, bed linen provided. Not enough shovers, noisy, brealfast was terrible and the beakfast room did not have enough space, strange smell in the room. |

I was shuffled around from dorm to dorm until a bed was actually found for me, which wasn't very good, but the upgrade afterwards made up for it. |

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Would definately recommend hostel for a group of 4+ Although there were noise restrictions, it was a little noisy during the night. It is understandable because of the large amounts of groups visiting hostel. |

It was cheap and within walking distance of my conference. Good security outside during the night. Shower area clean. Breakfast was very, very basic, could have had some fruit and yoghurts on offer, and juice. Shared a basement room with 9 other people and it was grossly stuffy and lacking in air as the window was tiny and wasn't open. Didn't warn me beforehand that a padlock was needed for the locker under the bed - so they made money out of me (£4 for a padlock). Could do with hooks in the showers to hang towel. |
