friendly staff, comfortable room, very good service in hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was super.

the only reason that I didn't give an excellent on comfort was the noise of the road. Also, the room had the heat on full and it was super hot. I had that turned down but the towel heater put out quite a bit of heat. I had a fan on all night to drown out the noise of the street. The staff was so friendly and offered another room but I was so tired that I thought that it would be OK so it was my own fault really.

New rooms very nice and contempary. Bar lounge nice with outside area. All staff lovely. Great location for theatre/shops/bars.

One of our rooms tired looking! But our mum got one of lovely new ones so we happy.

The restaurant attached to the hotel is worth a visit, but do not stay at this hotel.

It was dated, grubby and there were a number of defects which, although known about, were ignored by staff and management alike. We were promised the first night free and half price for the second due to the problems we had - flooded room, next room given away to someone else whilst we were packing to move, next room above bar with bass booming out until 11 pm - final room better but above toilets with hand drier going intermittently, until gone 11 pm. This major discount was not honoured and we were told that no one would have offered such a thing and that we weren't really inconvenienced at all. Disgraceful!

Being above the bar and up the stairs from the dining room/entrance to bar, patio outside the bedroom window, after requesting a 'quiet room'. It was very noisy and didn't get to sleep until around 1 am. Windows were quite dirty in the bedroom. Requested milk which wasn't delivered to the room, we had said we would take it up ourselves but were told it would be taken to the room. Breakfast served on a cold plate. Not being asked if we would like more tea at breakfast.

I use the hotel as it is literally across the road from the residential home my auntie lives in. It has a car park if I drive or if travel by train the bus runs from the train station to right out side. The reception staff are friendly and willing to help.

The grave car park is hell if you have a case on wheels as the gravel collects underneath as you cross to the entrance. The food for me is a let down, and I only had breakfast.

room a bit small, a chair in the room would have been nice, bathroom needed a freshen up, bath sealant unsightly and plumbing very noisy when flushing the toilet !!.a very long wait for breakfast on saturday morning.

We liked the friendly, helpful staff and the location of the hotel. The hotel room was a good size and the room facilities were good.

We didn't like the fact that you could hear the fan in the next room going and people walking past in the corridor. The breakfast also took over half an hour to be served.

Unacceptable wait in restaurant for both dinner and breakfast - couldn't cope with the numbers. 1 hour for poached eggs! Food was good, but just took too long. Bathroom could be cleaner.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, always a great start to the stay and our room was a nice size and loved the bed soo comfy, had a great stay.

I was very let down when it came to breakfast, The staff was fine but I had to wait 45 mins for an egg on toast..

Our stay at the Georgian Hotel was first class. Very friendly staff and a lovely room. Will stay again.

The only thing negative to say was the hot water ran out during my shower in he morning.

Staff were great. Restaurant was expensive but fantastic food.

Staff very friendly, the hallway, lounge, breakfast & bar area have a boutique feel but the bedroom was standard & needed a luck of paint but for the price it was excellent. I would stay here again !

Bedroom a bit dated, music from reception but they switched it off as soon as I phoned.

I didn't arrive until quite late and the staff were very accommodating and arranged room service for me.

The Georgian had been refurnished but I must admit I liked it the way it used to be. However it was more than adequate for us with excellent breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was central for the city and theatre.

Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

That we were given another room with out question and offered a discounted rate as compensation. Breakfast was very good and we did enjoy the bar area.

The first room we were given was very tired . We only walked into the room and felt very disappointed. Then looked into the bathroom which was not very clean and had a terrible smell. We could not stay in that room.
