The hotels location was perfect right in the middle of Saundersfoot. The staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and ideal for a weekend break. The carpark was on the small side, our car did get blocked in when we were leaving, but the receptionist went out of her way to locate the owners of the other car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well placed for local facilities. Typical low-flow hotel shower. I think that the restaurant could do better if the menu was changed more regularly with perhaps a daily special.

Staff were very friendly and obliging. Restaurant food was good, bar meal fair. Location was ideal. Good value for the price. Bar was rather rowdy , would have been nice to have a pleasant lounge for hotel guests. Lane to car park was very uneven with a rather dangerous entrance onto the main road.

the central location of the hotel. the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the bedroom. the food in their restaurant and the jolly atmosphere in the bar. the difficulty of locating their car park down a little track at the back of the hotel!

Bar facilities and food excellent. Bedroom a bit small but tidy. Nice shower but awkward to get in and out of, toilet obstructed door. Staff very friendly and welcoming. View from bedroom window wasn't easy on the eye, (room23)

Friendly staff, very helpful. Restaurant lovely and food excellent. The weather was very cold but the room was lovely and warm, clean and comfortable. Could have been a bit more wardrobe hanging space. Ours was a family room and it wouldn't have been enough for a family.

Excellent accommodation and prize winning hotel food.Really friendly staff. Great place to stay and good base for touring local area. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Sandy beaches and on the coastal path.

Close to beaches, free car parking, good breakfast, good food in evening, happy hour in bar from 4pm to 7pm every night, friendly staff, nice and warm in hotel and rooms, lift to all floors. Beds were quite hard, car park hard to find and bit tight to get into, i do have a big car.
