Location was very good, carpark found easy-no problem. Food spot on. Staff very nice people. Lovely orangery on the front.
A friendly, clean hotel with private parking, close to local amenities and on site bar. The staff were hospitable and this family friendly hotel is certainly one I would recommend. Close to main attractions & towns with amazing seaside walks on your doorstep. The breakfasts are amazing, large portions and you were spoilt for choice.
Area can get noisy on a Saturday night. Not enough places to eat in terms of restaurants and non "fish and chip" options.
All of the staff were very helpful.
Location, staff were very friendly. The food was excellent .The room was very comfortable.
We have a young baby so were worried about the size of the room because of the amount of stuff we needed for the baby so we opted for a twin room which was perfect for us it was very homely and relaxing, the bathroom was brilliant size and very clean! The breakfast was gorgeous and rob her served it to us was very friendly. We will definitely be staying again
The staff, the food, the lift as i have a back problem. The peacefulness well every thing really.
our shower we could not get the medium water temperature too hot or too cold.
stayed there the night before competing in Ironman Wales .The hotel was good enough to open the breakfast buffet for all competitors. cereals toast juice tea coffee having that laid on was 1 less worry .
staff very helpful and friendly could not have asked for more. The meal we had were second to none a wonderful night
The best restaurant in town at reasonable prices
Awkward to reach car park
Food was very good, staff very good and location excellent. More than happy to use the Gower hotel for our next visit. I would recommend staying here.
Very friendly welcome on reception when I arrived all staff very helpful and friendly which is a bonus when staying on my own
Location, a lift and a very good breakfast
A little expensive for what you get, very small room with only ventilation being a fully open or closed French window difficult access to rear parking
Location Breakfast Friendly staff
No access to wifi in rooms Car park is not identified from road where it is accessed.
Everything about the hotel and the staff was brill
No complaints whatsover
Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed like to much trouble for them. Excellent location, quiet, food quality also good. Good choice of drink in the bar. A bonus to have it's own car park.
The hotel was understaffed, the receptionist was also serving in the bar and the restaurant, almost at the same time! Disappointing choice of food on the 2nd night, a couple things were not on the menu and it wasn't until the waitress took our order did she find out from the kitchen what wasn't available. The reason given was that they had a full dining room the night before, and sold out of certain cuts of meat.
Comfortable room, good breakfast, nice bar, good beer, friendly staff
not much to dislike really
Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, clean room
Very small room, dated decor, no bath, shabby exterior
Food and friendly staff
Lane leading to rear car park narrow Ok if car park empty
Very friendly staff, and excellent food.
The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful, the bar was friendly and the location is ideal.
Our room was a little on the small side but it was clean and we did not spend much time in it so I would not let that put you off using this hotel. In addition, other guests said their rooms were ample size so we may have got a little unlucky.
Location was excellent - breakfasts were superb - staff really helpful and friendly
Room was a little small
Lovely room with all the best bits of a big hotel.
Stayed here for 3 days in June Lovely hotel, great position close to beach and shops and off road parking at back of hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice also had a bar meal which was nice. Will be going back to stay agan
The staff particularly the breakfast waiter. The location.
The room was quite small, and there was no resident lounge, you had to sit in the bar.
The rooms were well furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Right in the heart of Saundersfoot. Breakfast menu extensive and well cooked and evening meals excellent! Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Rooms are a bit small, but this did not detract from the overall excellence.
