Very good,

“Very nice accomodation - gold star to the house staff. Staff ensured we had all we needed and gave information on the town and event we were attending. Although we booked last minute through Booking.com we got a good deal - two of us for B&B for £89.”

The greenlawns has a lovely atmosphere about it, and it is suitable for any occasion. The location is good, and peaceful, the furnishings and decor very good.We found the staff friendly and although there was a wedding reception going on we didnt feel the need to leave the bar as it was all very friendly. We chose to have breakfast in our room, which arrived on time and was hot and very good.would stay again.

The staff were very friendly during our stay. The room was very spacious with a lovely view to the sea.The bathroom was big with a lovely spa bath the gardens very very relaxing and the pool and jacussi were very warm. We only sampled the breakfasts which was very tasty. The bed was a bit hard and the balcony a bit shabby needs a lick of paint. The only other thing is its a bit of a trek to any shops but fine with a car. There was a lot of surface water below us on the flat roof. Its been very wet recently.

The location is excellent for me as my student daughter lives up the road. The manager and staff were attentive. I can thoroughly recommend the Garras restaurant which does have very tasty not over priced food. I frequently visit Falmouth and fully intend staying here again. One slight niggle is when I booked via this site I had submitted a question which wasn't answered until I rang the hotel reception, just a minor point, which didn't affect my enjoyment.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was excellent. It was ideally situated for me visiting my sons. The food was tasty and to a good standard, without indulging in the pretentiousness of many. Poor shower pressure.......bit of a hike to room 27.

I stayed in the Green Lawns after it was the best price for a hotel in the area. The staff were really helpful both on the front desk and at breakfast. Although the hallways and reception area look a little tired, the double room I had didn't. It was big with a big bed and really comfortable. It had a full length mirror in it which lots of hotel rooms don't. The hotel was also quiet at night so I got a really good nights sleep. There was a good amount of choice at breakfast (which was included in the price) and the food was good quality. Will definitley stay here again.

A warm friendly welcome at reception, speedy check in and then up to my large very well appointed and comfortable room. Just as well I don't suffer from vertigo though as the second flight of stairs was very steep. Food was very good with a varied menu at dinner. All round a very good hotel, I would certainly stay there again.

Good location, very friendly staff, good facilities. Unfortunately, on all 3 nights we stayed, there were functions at the hotel with very loud music until about 11.30 - 12 midnight which kept us awake. It was extremely noisy in our bedroom, unable to hear our own tv, or get off to sleep. The manager did give us the key to another room at about 9pm on our last night, so that we could get some sleep!! It is such a shame as otherwise this would have been a lovely break away.

The hotel was being used by Kelly/BT. Some of the workforce wore their hi-vis jackets in the dining room and used bad language which we found most unacceptable. As they were obviously long-term residents, no one seemed to bother and it seemed normal for them to keep their mobile phones on and both make and take calls in the restaurant. We did not feel this was appropriate even in the bar, never mind the restaurant.

Really, really friendly staff. I mentioned to the manager that I fancied a run in the morning and he introduced me to a member of staff who liked to run, who then drew a route on a map for me!! That's genuine customer service! Food and rooms were 10/10 too.

The staff makes this hotel stand out. The welcome was warm and all the staff were extremely friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced, as were the drinks. The room was quite large and very comfortable and clean. My only (minor) criticism is that the water pressure to the bath/overhead shower was quite poor and when using the shower, the temperature would drop unexpectedly, presumably caused by someone else using the hot tap in another room. I would definitely stay in the Green Lawns again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay in Falmouth.

The hotel is set amidst beautiful gardens, our room was an executive room which was very spacious with our own balcony. The staff were all extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, breakfast was fab too. Would definitely stay here again and the added bonus was the indoor pool, gym and beauty suite.

Fro the moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, we both have large appetites and struggled to eat it all, and the food was hot. The evening meal we ate in the restaurant was very reasonably priced and cooked to perfection. Would definitely stay here again.
