The greenlawns has a lovely atmosphere about it, and it is suitable for any occasion.The location is good, and peaceful, the furnishings and decor very good.We found the staff friendly and although there was a wedding reception going on we didnt feel the need to leave the bar as it was all very friendly.We chose to have breakfast in our room, which arrived on time and was hot and very good.would stay again.

Very friendly helpful staff, nice clean comfortable room. I have a severe food allergy which often causes problem eating out however the chef dealt with it fantastically and offered me a wide range of dishes !! Very handy for town centre. Was extremely good value for money...would recommend.

The hotel was very comfortable set in beautiful gardens even though it was the middle of December. The staff were all polite, charming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My only complaint was the mushrooms which we had with our steak on Saturday night, which were extremely salty. However the meal on Friday night was excellent.

Staff very welcolming and very attentive especially in restaurant Nothing was to much trouble Conservatory part of restaurant could have been a bit warmer but it was in November! You had to lay on your front to operate the safe in the bottom of the wardrobe in the bedroom Bed was very hard, this was overcome by laying on spare duvet found in wardrobe

Excellent service, and very friendly. Brilliant choice of food, superb breakfast. Clean room. Good tea and coffee facilities/with biscuits. Had everything you could need. Excellent value for the amount we paid.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size with a balcony. The only minor issue was the shower had absolutely no pressure and water just dribbled out. Other than that the hotel was fine.

I booked this hotel as it was near where we wanted to stay an d then some of the family booked as well because we wanted to be together.In all 5 other rooms were booked and then I was told by one of the family who live in Falmouth that it was a bit rundown and not very good but that was a few years ago. Must admit I was worried about it as the others had booked because we had a family funeral and wanted to be togetherbut when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that He was wrong. All of us enjoyed our stay and I must say we could not fault the hotel. I would certainly stay there again and reccomend it to anyone

My husband and I were returning to Green Lawns to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and thought it would be pleasant to return to the scene of our original honeymoon location. The hotel was every bit as nice as we had remembered it to be and we had a thoroughly relaxing time with a lovely evening meal and excellent breakfast. The staff were very attentive and added to the enjoyment of our all too brief visit. Eventhe weather contrived to be the same as 25 years ago, although without the gale force winds. We would love to return for our 50th celebrations!

great hotel and staff but only one complaint was that toilet was not clean when went into our room and it was not just a days worth of dirt under the rim but weeks but when told about it reception sorted it out when we went out for dinner so no problems there otherwise very good stay reception staff brilliant
