In a great central location, this Grade II heritage-listed Georgian hotel has free Wi-Fi and free parking. The High Street and historic Shakespearean attractions are a 5-minute walk away. Each elegant room at Best Western Grosvenor Hotel has a flat-screen satellite TV, tea and coffee facilities and 24-hour room service. Each modern private bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Shakespeare's Birthplace and the Royal Shakespeare Company theater are both within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Stratford-Upon-Avon’s boutique shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away by foot. The staff. The room I booked this hotel because he has a parking. When we arrive , the parking was full. The hotel has a first come first serve policy.

Purely location The noise levels as there was a disco going on downstairs which we could here too clearly. Parking!! Though we were able to park overnight, we had to move the car before 12 midday the following day and pay thereafter or face being clamped!!! Didnt make us feel that we were being looked after. It felt like they were penny pinching and when we asked staff they were a little bit not helpful about the parking and blamed the Car Parking company!! Which I found a little strange.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, gave the feeling they were pleased we were there, and nothing was too much trouble. Very convenient situation, a delightful outside terrace, comfortable chairs, the rooms are excellnt quality, and spotless, and quiet! Altogether a most enjoyable place to stay.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Large room with good facilities. Sky tv and tea and coffee facility. Near to town, free parking and good thai restaurant across the road.

Convient to shops theatres and attractions Functional and comfortable Didn't like being woken up by a false fire alarm which apparently was activated by steam from a bathroom and not smoke!! No real organisation within the Hotel when alarm went off just a lttle worrying. On arrival aske for some coffee to be served in the lounge waited and waited in the end gave up and went into town.

Check in was very efficient and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We reported a leaking bath tap and were then moved to another room straight away. Cannot complain about the service and found the rest of our stay very confortable and pleasant.

Convenient location - ideally located close to town centre & river, no need to use a car! A big advantage of this hotel is that it actually has it's own large car park. Hotel rooms very clean & spacious.
