The staff. The room I booked this hotel because he has a parking. When we arrive , the parking was full. The hotel has a first come first serve policy.

Ideal location close to Stratford town centre. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. Would have been useful to have had some extra drawer space in the bedroom as well as coat hooks for outdoor clothes.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was gorgeous. The radiator in our room wasn't working, it was very cold. We reported this at reception three times in all, each time being told they would send up a heater. We finally received a heater at 11.15pm. The young man who brought the heater said there were several rooms where the radiators weren't working. The complaint should have been sorted immediately. Not very impressive for a hotel with a good reputation.

As our visit was part of a Golden Wedding celebration weekend, I made one or two specific requests which were carried out, not least was a bunch of red roses to be in our room to surprise my wife on our arrival. They were there, beautifully presented and my wife was delighted. All of the staff whom we encountered were very polite, very helpful and very friendly. It had been noted that we were an anniversary couple and we were greeted as such by various members of staff which we appreciated as a special gesture. Many thanks to those concerned. My only criticism was that, as an elderly couple, a lift to our part of the hotel would have been appreciated althoughj the stairs were easily manageable.

I liked how help full the staff on reception were as I required flowers and chocolate's in the room and it seemed to be no problem to them. I booked a Executive suite, But it seemed to be very basic in what it had in the room. Also on the Sunday morning at 06.45 our neighbor had us awake talking, using the toilet and taking showers. This was me awake for the rest of the day which ruined the rest of the plans that i had.

An excellent location in the centre of Stratford Upon Avon with car parking included in the price. Upon checking into our room we saw that the bed throw had a stain on it. We reported this at reception and it was changed for a clean one. Some of the furniture was a little tired and worn. The en-suite bathroom was clean, however there was a slight sewerage odour when the door was first opened. This cleared once the (noisey) extractor fan was turned on but would build up with the door closed overnight :-(

Hotel was good slight pity about the weather but never mind we had a good time in Stratford. The hotel was fine great breakfast and nice and clean rooms, Great location. One down side noise during the night!! The central heating pump or something simular kept coming on and off I don't know why but it did distrub our sleep and I would normally have moved rooms but unsure if it effected other rooms and how many? So would next time would mention this prior to booking in.

A Hotel that is centrally located and convenient for the rsc Theatre. The Staff were friendly and efficient. The Hotel is easy to find for the first time traveller. Overall a nice comfortable hotel. Best Western needs to be aware that the Premier Inn Group are cheaper, as are their buffet breakfasts. We have booked a return visit to Stratford for June and saved over £75 by booking at the Premier Inn!

Location without a doubt. The room was poorly cleaned, we found cobwebs and lots of dust in the bathroom. There were various fittings which were either loose or hanging off of the wall. There was zero flexibility for a refund on a breakfast booking made but not used. (as could be proved given the system in place) Parking is terrible to say the least. Very tight car park, limited spaces.

Spacious comfortable quiet room. Helpful staff. Hotel was easy to find and the parking very useful. Breakfast was excellent. The choice of fodd and the freshly cooked scrambled eggs were particularly note worthy. We would be very happy to return.
