Location was great, we didn't need our car during our visit. Also that there was a car park for use. Another plus was that there were two chairs in the room and a small table. The bed itself was very comfy.
The pillows were too hard. A bit cumbersome getting our luggage up the stairs.
The room 207 was very hot, even when the window was open no air came in. In the room were two fans plus a light fan which we had to leave on all night, this was nothing to do with hot flushes.
Very friendly staff and an excellent location. A good family feel to the hotel.
Only that breakfast isn't included in the price.
Location within Stratford Upon Avon and cost of car park very reasonable
bathroom not as clean as I would have liked, breakfast very average but adequate
We enjoyed or stay at this hotel, the reason we chose it was because of it's location, being so close to the town centre and all the local facilities.
I have no negative feedback.
Wedding booking overran facilities for other guests. Some of our friends were 'bumped' to another hotel.
Comfortable lounge. Room only, so I cannot comment on breakfast.
Bland, uninspired bedroom with no individuality.
My supper from the fixed price menu was really very good. Bar food and breakfast also above average, except coffee at breakfast - good coffee please
Staff friendly and supportive.
Car parking is limited especially when there is a function, in our case a weddiing, in the hotel. It was a schock to arrive on Friday at 6.30pm to find there were no parking spaces whatsoever.
Food was cold. drinks were cold. minute portions in cooked breakfast. food is very poor value for money.
Friendliness of staff Comfortable bed
Location is close to the centre of Stratford. Breakfast was good.
Parking isn't just limited as stated, its terrible! our luxury room was only average in quality and the bathroom was below average.
Car parking. One should be able to reserve a space or be aware that parking is very limited.
No biscuits provided with tea/coffee.
Excellent location for the Theatre and Shakespeare's locations. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. Room was spacious and clean although bathroom is a little dated. Spacious bar area for sitting and after dinner drinks.
Car parking is limited, had to park one night in multi storey car park 5 minutes away which cost £12.
Spacious room; lovely facilities; great relaxed bar area
Room was on roadside so could hear some traffic noises; some guests were partying in a room closeby and making quite a bit of noise until early hours
Refurbished areas - bright and smart Attentive staff at breakfast Central location Clean, comfortable room
Cooked breakfast a little meagre, but plenty of other food on buffet
Location Comfortable bed
Level of noise from wedding music until midnight. Extremely poor breakfast buffet. Poor quality toiletries.
Nice spacious room & located a nice short walk from the centre. Unknown to us a noisy fair was in the centre, so we were pleased to be situated away from this. The full English breakfast was good though small portions & I was given no beans, though the menu did specify they were included. Lovely spacious room, comfy beds.
The wedding disco was a bit too loud & the base high! However, it did get turned down after 11pm. My cottage pie was cold in the middle but was taken back & reheated without a fuss. The bathrooms are a little dated.
Rooms were all ok and they did look after us when we returned to have afternoon tea.
We arrived down to breakfast at the same time as a wedding party and as a consequence the food was a very poor standard. We had to wait to be seated and sent back our 'hot' breakfast to get them heated up as they were cold. Why have baked beans on the menu for a full breakfast if you then have to ask for them? Poor quality bacon and sausages. Limited parking.
The location was perfect.
Car park was small and parking alternatives were not acceptable.
Cost of breakfast at £13.50 I thought was very steep
Nice to be close to centre in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bar music was too loud below our room, but the barman turned it off, very politely, at our request. The room was at the front of the hotel and we couldn't leave a window open overnight because of the traffic noise in the morning.
Location , Breakfasts , Morning Staff
Limited Evening Menu , Executive suite was a normal room but with a small table! Expected better. Ceiling hanging down .Bath was stained.
