Views from the hotel were excellent. beach was on the door step and we found the stay very relaxing. The balcony to our room needed painting as it was looking tired. |

My wife and I had a five day, short-break stay. We liked the style and ambiance of The Haven. The meals and service were excellent. No! (Didn't read any guest reviews on your website) |

The hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking the entry to Poole harbour yet immediately with access to sandy beaches and the short passenger/car ferry across to Studland where the beaches are simply incredible. The hotel is relaxed, plush but not too formal and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices of the meals and drinks. |

The hotel has a very relaxed style and being close to the Sea front allowed you to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. |

We just wanted to relax in peaceful surroundings and that is just what we did. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be so close to the beach for a nice gentle stroll. We also used the leisure facilities, especially the heated outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed a lovely meal at your restaurant and also having a nice drink in the sunshine on the verandah overlooking the... Everything was really very pleasant - only one minor thing - the ily coffee from the bar was tepid and didn't taste as it should! |

as a 2 day working stopover in Poole, the Hotel was fine. Very good breakfast. I found, with some exceptions, the staff disinterested and in the case of the restaurant staff at dinner unhelpful so I ate out on both nights. |

The position of the hotel was excellent with wonderful views. The food was of a good quality, locally resourced and carefully presented. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The service in the resturant was not of the high standard as the food, either at dinner or breakfast - dishes were forgotten, we were left waiting to order for nearly 15 mins and the staff seemed stressed. |

We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from our balcony. Additionally, the facilities were first-class, especially for a tennis-playing family who enjoy a good swim and sauna!. To round off a perfect stay, the food was of an excellent quality. |

The location of the hotel was perfect & the sea view from the room was beautiful. The bar, lounge areas & outside terrace were lovely, comfortable & decorated to a standard you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All the staff were friendly & helpful. The Spa facilities were not in use as repairs were being carried out, as we had chosen a hotel with spa facilities this was very frustrating & would have been something you would expect to know when booking, as we would have looked at alternative hotels. The bedrooms were small & over crowded with furniture, not at the same standard as the other areas of the hotel. |
