Pleasant staff, nice room and good breakfast. Very good location, nice restuarants close at hand. Glad we were on the fourth floor as there was noise from the nightclub downstairs. Bar area was much too busy to consider eating their in the evening.

The hotel staff were gave a really warm welcoming when first reached and their overall attitude were very nice! The room was very clean and comfortable too. There could have been smoking rooms available. But understandable, due to non-smoking customers.

The price and location were exceptionally fantastic for such a nice hotel. Hudson provided free bottled water (which I've never seen before) and everything about the room was perfect.

Staff were very helpful and efficient, location was excellent, food was very good, would definately return to this hotel. Temperature of room was very hot despite it being a very cold weekend when we stayed, this prevented me leaving a 10/10 for them which is a shame as everything else was so good.

The location was good. The room was comfortable and well appointed It felt anonymous. There were no public rooms where guests could sit with a drink and relax. The bar was crowded and noisy.

It's right in the middle of the town centre and staff gave us directions and advise on where to go. They were very helpful an friendly. We came back from a night out at 12.30 and the hotel were shutting the doors! If we'd come back any later we wouldn't have been able to get back inside.

Style and design throughout made you feel as if you were in a more expensive hotel. Location was perfect, central but just far enough away from hussle of Princess Street. Amazing bar and friendly service. Bathroom was extremely cold but a very minor complaint in an otherwise perfect weekend

Staff very friendly. Bar was cozy. Location was good with proximity to Princes st and the castle. Good value Tv had only 5 channels not too 4 star. Beds were not comfortable and our king size bed was 2 singles put together. But I guess that's normal in Europe. Bathroom had no ventilation. After a while its like taking a sauna.

The design and comfort was great. Staff where pleasent to deal with and the cocktails where great. Very close to Princes Street which is great for shopping. Ideal Location. Without any notification even on arrival I was not told about the fact that we had been placed in a disabled room. This did not feel executive and would not have booked the hotel if I knew that this was going to be the case. I reqested another room and was advised that they where fully book so I imagine we where left with the disabled room because they where fully booked.

Location. Exterior of building It was dark inside. Walls were dark brown and with the energy saving lights I was struggling to see anything, shave or see how the shower worked. The dark interior made the hotel look drab to my eye.
