Location is seconds away from the beach. Reception staff is helpful and attentive. Single rooms are tiny with hardly any space for luggage. Restaurant food offered for dinner is below normal expectation, restaurant staff requires training on what is proper service. It's hard to find a parking space in the streets nearby. |

We stayed at this Hotel as it was the nearest one to my appointment. The room service meal was atrocious, a rock hard virtually inedible burger, most disasapointing. |

Convenient location Hotel's reluctance to sell 1 night's stay until almost the last minute. Lack of communication; staff's understanding and knowledge of spoken English was very limited. |

Staff friendly and the breakfast was good. Rooms although clean have very dated decor, could do with refurbising. |

The staff were very accomodating. I had one mishap regarding permit parking - was told what area was ok, to find that that even with the voucher displayed got a £50 fine- which i intend appealing. Its close to the seaside without the hussle and noise. |

The Location was good. Was quiet and not too far from the town. The rooms were quite small given the slightly out of town location and cost. |

THe room was large and the en-suite were generously sized, well furnished and well presented. The WiFi INternet access is a littler basis. It seems only to connect to computers that use Internet Explorer (which Macs typically don't). I have had this problem in another hotel. |

Good size bed and room for solo traveller. Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants. 30 minute walk to pier. No shower, had bathub with 3 foot shower hose. Walls thin; could hear everything next door. |

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were large and had all the basic requirements. We were able to buy drinks in to early hours. Parking was a little bit difficult but much easier and cheaper than nearer to Brighton. |

The staff was always on hand to help and nothing was too small to ask for. Made to feel welcome and warm atmosphere. Pillows and duvet. Pillows could do with being bigger and duvet a lot more warmer!! |

Close to the seaside and the staff was very friendly and helpful Parking outside is not that easy to find, but then again parking is not easy to find in the whole region, especially when the weather was so glorious for this time of year! |

I liked the way it was so close to the seafront but not too noisy. It was a lot further to walk into the centre of Brighton than led to believe on the website. It is a good 15 min walk. I found the floorboards outside my room very creaky which woke me up every time somebody passed. But, that is part and parcle of an old hote. I found the chamber maids very noisy as they were having a loud chat outside my room at 0920 when I was trying to sleep. |
