The staff were very welcoming and made us feel instantly comfortable upon arrival. The room was comfortable and warm, and we made use of the heated towel rail to dry our clothes after being drenched on a lochside walk. We didn't go to the hotel for the weather, already living in Scotland we know how unpredictable it can be, so we enjoyed the use of the gym, pool and sauna before having our dinner in the hotel restaurant - which was delicious. The loch side views were stunning and the restaurant faced the Isles in the loch. We hope to go back in the future. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night and were given the same excellent rate we had for the first 2 nights. We were also upgraded at the start to a loch side room - bonus!

Very spacious rooms Great views I liked that the hotel made a special effort to accommodate our family together in adjoining rooms and provide for the many different family requirements from a disabled traveller to a family member needing Wi-Fi. Without asking the hotel provided us with a separate room to celebrate our family's special event. The dinner menu was a little limited and as we were a large group we struggled to get choices to suit everyone. The one night we did eat in the restaurant the food was very good and a high quality.

Not a lot. The view perhaps. The bed was comfy Room tired smelly. Hairdryer went on fire and was a year out of pat test. Bathroom covered in black hairs. Lounge chairs disgusting and stained Meal at night was terrible, I had thai and they had chucked a sauce over the already overcooked veg that were served with other meal.Sauna broken, pool dirty.Staff on front desk had not idea on anything. Was charged £500 for pleasure. Was awful

Clean and staff that liked only to help. Fantastic views of the Loch and Mountains behind at the bottom of Glencoe. Close to the Ski Centre if required plus up to date ski information on reception. Car Parks poorly lit and lack of direction signs.

The staff were lovely and the view sensational. The sauna was not working. The food was ordinary at best. Probably the worst thing was that the rooms are not soundproofed at all and I got no sleep at all because of the sound of people walking on the floor above my bed ... It was very loud. We could also clearly hear conversations from the room next door. Also, the television didn't work at all in our room. Overall, this was a reasonably expensive stay which just was not worth it.

The staff were an asset very friendly helpful and polite. The view across the loch was wonderful the location was very peaceful and quiet. The room was fine . and the breakfast was well cooked and hearty. Now to the downside of our trip. The bistro menu was ok about average. But the evening meal deal was very limited and very expensive. £18 for 2 course or £22 for 3 course. No main course only . so we never ate at the hotel in the evening. This caused many problems as the only other place to eat within walking distance was in the village. We had to get a taxi to and from nearby venues. There was no availability for take away meals which added to our gastronomical misery.

I have stayed at this hotel before and would go back, you get some really good deals. The location speaks for itself, it's fantastic. The staff are really helpful and friendly. We had b&b and the breakfast buffet was great. The hotel could do with some refurbishment. Although clean and comfy, our room was starting to look a bit tired. As is some of the furniture in the restaurant - inject some money into upgrading the hotel and it would be fabulous!!
