View from room was wonderful. Westerly view to Dales.
The bed was too firm and my neighbours were extremely noisy.
The relaxed atmosphere and comfortable ambiance.
Polite staff, nice entrance.
Shower cubicle was looking rather old and edging looked grubby with mould like corners. Could do with updating to wet room standard.
Bed was really comfortable. Had a "budget" room, so didn't expect perfection. Room was spacious and clean.Room service very good and the BLT ciabatta was delicious. young man at reception when we checked in was friendly, and really nice with 2 oldies!!
We liked the location, the large comfortable room and the helpfulness of the staff.
Would like to have modern 3-pin plugs by the bed - but the staff found me an extension cord so that solved the problem.
Loved the size of the room and bathroom
The checking staff were not particularly friendly
Quality of the rooms good nice hotel overall
Rooms exceptionally cold problem with the heating in the annex were given a heater but still cold
Although it is a large hotel it felt homly but the staff were professional we will definitely be coming again as it is useful to be near the Royal Hallsfor the craft shows.
Shower room needed some attention, mould around the surfaces in certain areas.

WiFi didn't work
Bar man / waiter in Signatures was excellent/really pleasant.
Staff in dining room at breakfast looked as if they didn't,want to be there. Shower screen did not prevent water from flooding floor
Good location, Standard of decor excellent and room nice and clean. Great use of space within the room, with tea/coffee facilities.
Waterproof mattress protector under sheet which felt like we were sleeping on a pile of plastic bags - very noisy and uncomfortable. Could not get any hot water for a shower in the morning despite running the shower for 6 minutes. Insufficient info given regarding parking... details state "Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 6 per day", we arrived and could not find any parking other than residents only. Parked in the multi storey (£11.50) and went to check in only to be told that the hotel had a small carpark and if that was full they would give us a disc for parking - maybe this could be explained in advance?
Room a good size, modern furniture and tastefully decorated. Good selection of tea, coffee in room along with chocolates and bottled water. Bed very comfortable, seemed to be a memory foam mattress. All staff pleasant, courteous and helpful. Excellent value for money at £49 for the nights stay.
Extractor fan in bathroom very dusty and dirty, needed a clean. Glass shelf over sink in bathroom too far out, you can hit your head on it when bending over the sink. No hot water to be had in the bathroom in the morning, not a pleasant cold shower was had!
No hot water in shower
Modern room which was clean and tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved it, would defo recommend it and would 100% stay again.
Creaky door jus outside our room so when everyone walked through it, it was quite noisey.
Decor and veggie sausages - best I've ever had
Bed was a bit springy
Just about everything and would stay at the hotel again.
Location, size of room, good shower, loads of hot water
Bed a bit hard
Short stroll into town. Large deep bath. Air conditioning.
Sealed skylight windows and not being able to look out,
Location great Very friendly and helpful staff Room was clean and comfortable Lounge relaxing and sociable
How near to the center of town the Hotel was.
I didn't realize that their was a charge for parking your car overnight of £6. So that was a bit of a surprise.
Room, breakfast and dinner all excellent
Checking in - young man at desk could have been more welcoming. We felt we were interrupting his afternoon
Room was very war
Room was excellent, loved the decor and it was very clean Staff were very helpful and friendly Coffee was good in the bar area Loved this hotel and would stay again, plus it was walking distance from the town centre
Car parking not enough spaces but it was a peak weekend And there is an NCP round the corner
Great value for money. Central location. Would definately stay again.
Decor was tired and cleaning lacked attention to detail eg dust around skirting boards. Bathroom was clean but flooring stained and tap dripped. Breakfast selection was modest with cheap yoghurts, pre-packed cheese portions and no sliced meat (although stated on menu).
