The comfortable beds plus the cleanliness of the whole room and hotel. Excellent meals.

We arrived too early for check in but the Receptionists took our bags so we could go straight out. The location is brilliant - just a ten minute walk back into Harrogate. The room was huge and very welcoming. We had dinner there too and it was amazing quality and very good value - We would definately stay again!

We booked the budget triple room which was perfectly adequate for a one night stay albeit a bit of squeeze round the bed.. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The on suite was getting a bit tired but it was fine for the price.

Situated close to town centre - executive room was clean & comfortable breakfast was good standard

Website stated that Sky Sports was available however this was not the case - Sky had been cancelled at the begiinning of the month but the website had not been updated. There was a problem with the shower on several occasions I had to contact the reception to advise that there was no hot water - they advised that boiler needed resetting! In view of the above the duty manager agreed to reduce the charges for our stay and advised that the general manager would contact us, to date this has not happened

Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was modern and newly furbished.

Having to pay for parking in the hotel car park.

The location was very good; only a short walk from the centre of Harrogate. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with high quality fittings. Breakfast was well presented and substantial and the overall package was very good value for money.

Ideal location, just a few minutes walk from Harrogate shops and beside Conference Centre. Hotel food very good and friendly staff.

Hotel parking £6 per night, didn't see that one coming.

It is a nice hotel and the staff are usually friendly and helpful.

This particular room had a very loud noise that kept me awake for most of the night. The shower stall had black mold in it and the shower head was covered in black mold. Black mold can make some people very sick. I had never had this room before and the next time that I stay I will ask not to be put back in this room. The breakfast that I had ordered did not come with any salt and pepper; I ordered orange juice and got grapefruit (I cannot drink grapefruit juice), there was not enough butter for the toast.

The location and car parking facility. Some of the rooms are excellent all the others are just fine for what I want. I like the surprise when you get one fo the superior rooms for a bargain price.

Object to paying car parking charges for hotel car park!!

Convenient, comfortable, good size rooms, good breakfasts.

Television didn't work properly in either room. Window didn't close properly and door closer broke. Faults reported but only one dealt with. It would appear the hotel is being refurbished (to a good standard) but our two rooms hadn't been completed yet.

Value for money.
