Hotel was central to Harrogate and within walking distance. Our room was nicely decorated and of a good size. Breakfast was yummy and we found the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Enjoyed our stay, thank you. Car park not adequate for the size of the hotel and on the 2nd night had to park up the road. We did have to leave a note for the cleaner to clean the shower head but this was sorted swiftly. It was Xmas party time and our room was on the 1st floor so was quite noisy but this was not a problem for us as we were out until late. |

I gather the hotel has had a recent re-fit. All fixtures and fittings were good quality.Breakfast was excellent. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful- they advised us on which restaurant to eat at, and booked it for us; and it was a really nice meal! The breakfasts were also fantastic- lots to choose from. The decor was also very modern and luxurious! There is free parking at the hotel, or on the road outside; which was great. Also, the hotel is only a very short walk from the town centre shops etc. Can't think of anything i didn't like- except maybe the creaky floorboards! |

Comfortable, warm and very centrally located, with friendly staff -- willing to check us into the Hotel ahead of schedule. Good breakfast. The bath-robes were a good touch. On the verge of being too noisy in the evening. The shower controls were hard to puzzle out. Provision of a child-unsuitable teddy-bear as a 'freebie' was OTT, even for an executive suite! Breakfast-room was a bit cramped at 'rush-hour'. |

The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and ideal for a one night business trip The buffet breakfast was alright but fried eggs should be fried individually so they are fresh and not hard like the ones on offer |

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Ideally located for the town centre. The breakfast service was excellent. My final bill included meals and drinks that we had not taken. The staff quickly removed these items from my bill but it is obvious that the hotel restaurant and bar staff do not check carefully enough for guests names and signatures when putting items onto room bills. |

Hotel looks as if it has just been refurbished and therefore very nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast on the Sunday was badly organised and getting a full English was impossible. |

The Restaurant experience was exemplary. The food was varied and of the highest quality and the service was attentive without being over-powering. Not particularly expensive either! Toilet seat was cracked and had been for some time it seemed. |

everything well percented hotel food was realy good my parents is looking to book this hotel as ive highly recommend it i will also stop again there was a step in the floor in the restarant witch i watched 3 people trip over it there was no signs to tell you it was there i think it would be best if it was a small ramp thanks |

When I checked out early, because my son was taken into hospital. I asked if they could waive that nights stay. They said the cleaners had gone home and wouldn't be able to let the room. Even though they were full. 1 receptionist took a telephone call and said they had 1 single room left??????????? Another receptionist commented as I walke away. "The last one's budgie died!" Obviously I will not stay there again. |
