Staff polite on arrival, shown to room which has your name put on - a nice touch! All equipment in kitchen and cental heating explained although quite obvious. A food welcome pack provided:- milk, bread, cereals, orange/apple juice. DVD in reception good idea for night in or when it's raining.Home from home. Nice to beable to wake at own leisure and make your own breakfast rather than trying to get to the hotel breakfast in time and then be left with the scraps of burnt bacon! Neven stayed in an appartment before but it would be my first choice now. |

The service was outstanding, everyone was very helpful. Our apartment was spacious, flat screens in both bedrooms and lounge. Fantastic cooking facilities and was nice to be supplied with breakfast hamper. Would definitely stay again. |

All the staff were really helpful, polite and happy. it would have been nice if the coffee had been replaced when the room was cleaned. |

Good staff and reception, good facilites inside the room. Was quite large and well stocked with food and amenities. Very noisy, thin Walls and window glass means you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and the street. There is a construction site directly in front of the hotel and work started around 7am waking us up. The hotel is also situated amongst three strip clubs and an adult shop. The heater temp knob was broken so room was perpetually hot. |

The location is ideal close to all the shops and restaurants, great for a family, lots of space, breakfast basket ideal for a relaxed start to the day. Decore starting to become a little dated more four star than five. |
