The Knight Residence  

After over a week of staying in just one room it was wonderful to have an apartment with 3 rooms! We were extremely impressed by the well equiped kitchen and the starter pack - that sustained us for the whole stay. We also appreciated the small but very welcome living room and the second TV in the bedroom. The washing machine and dryer were also a welcome bonus. The staff took the time to show us the various machines in the unit and how to use them. That was very helpful. The location was excellent - within walking distance to the castle and the restaurant/ pub are of Grass Market. The lift from the car park was great as was the access to the video library. I would thorougly recommend a stay at the Knights Residence - Thank you

Nil - it was all fantastic

Excellent accommodation only short walk to the Royal Mile and other attractions. Our apartment was clean, bright and modern. Good facilities within the apartment which enabled us to feel at home. The concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and made us most welcome. The welcome pack was full of goodies and a good range of toiletries were available in the bathroom. Would definitely visit again, hopefully soon!

1-Water shower is not hot enough. 2-I recommend to have 2 bathroom in 2bedroom apartment instead of one.

I loved the staff. They were extremely helpful, cheerful! The location was excellent though the corner with the strip clubs were a little problematic when walking with our kids. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience

The location was great, only a walk away from all the amenities and local attractions. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The accomodation was superb, offering a lovely, clean, safe and relaxing break. Everything we needed was there to ensure a great stay.

Although the building didn't look as though it was in a very inviting area it proved to be extremely quiet even though our stay was over New Year. This was very pleasant. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite.

I thought it had gym facilities. Could benefit from extra facilities

We've stayed here before and as ever it was brilliant. The welcome pack lasted us 3 days and the secure parking meant the car was off the icy roads. The staff are lovely.... Have a good New Year!!!

The internet was a bit slow in the sitting room but nothing we couldn't cope with.... and it was free!!

Love the very spacious and comfortable flat, super friendly and helpful staff and the Breakfast hamper we got. The Kitchen is really well equipped (with dish towels, fairy liquid, dish washer soap, washing powder, sponges...)

Just a bit of a shame that there is no separate toilette (specially in a three bedroom with only two bathrooms...).

The Knight Residence in Edinburgh was centrally located. Very near Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile & the shopping area. We loved the fact that it was self-contained and we had the space to relax & unwind, unlike in a hotel room. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a lounge, kitchen & bathroom. The welcome pack of cereal, milk, bread, juice, tea & coffee was excellant. My only criticism would be that perhaps that bathroom needs updating. The staff at the Knight Residence were very helpful and friendly.
