B & b veramente bello, stanza incantevole, pulita, dotata di una vista splendida sul mare. I prroprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e premurosi. Di alto livello anche la colazione. Davvero da provare!!!! |

The hosts, Paula and Nigel, were terrific--very friendly and helpful--eager to please guests; excellent bargain; breakfasts were wonderful. The room we had on the ground floor was comfortable but the bathroom was very small with a toilet wedged in a difficult space to access between a small shower stall and the wall. |

If you scroll down these reviews you won't find a single negative comment and we're certainly not going to buck the trend. It was a real pleasure to stay here. The room and the facilities were first class and the breakfast was something special. The owners are a lovely couple who made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. |

Best B&B we stayed in England. Nigel and Paula are great and knowledgeable hosts who make a great breakfast and gave us a beautiful room with a bay window with a nice view. Fabulous location by sea and Blue Anchor RR station. |

The Langbury is run by a husband and wife team both being very friendly with nothing being to much trouble. Very clean accommodation and a comfortable bed/room. Will definitely consider a return visit maybe for a longer stay next time. |

The owners greeted us on arrival and were so friendly, coffee and home made cake served in the tranquil gardens was just the right start to our holiday. The rooms are extremely well maintained and comfortable we only stayed one night but intend to return for a long weekend and explore the area more. The breakfast was excellent and we would recommend this hotel without any hesitations. |

We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed the beautiful view of the countryside and coast. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast tasty. It was very quiet - we both slept well and heard no noise from the other guests. No it was all great |

very friendly relaxing stay. All the little thoughtfull details,ie.torch in the room to use when out at night. Not a lot of lighting along the sea front.We felt at home and made very welcome. |

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived almost as though we were old friends. The breakfasts were excellent and the service informal but professional.The accommodation and room facilities were very good. We were impressed with all the little homely touches like fresh flowers in our room, the bountiful tea/ coffee facilities and the efficient and friendly room service. I have sampled hundreds of B&B's in my professional life and I am at a loss to fault anything about the Langbury. Given the opportunity we would definitely stay there again. |

I found this bed and breakfast very comfortable,really clean with cosy home furnishing.The owner is helpful and very kind.A first-rate breakfast.It deserves a better evaluation as BandB. |

The Langbury is in an ideal location in an elevated position and near the sea. The hosts Nigel & Paula were most welcoming and couldn't have done more to make our stay a pleasure. The accommodation and food were superb and we would definitely return in the future . |

Warm welcome & friendly attention throughout our stay. Attention to detail of all facilities & furnishings was excellent. Lovely house & garden. Convenient location for touring Exmoor & the N. Devon coast. We would have liked the option of dining at the Langbury, but realise it would not be practicable for a small hotel to provide dinners. |

An excellent small hotel with a friendly atmosphere very close to the beach and to my own particular reason for visiting ie the West Somerset Railway. The view rom my front bedroom window was quite spectacular. |

Having just spent a 2 night stay at The Langbury we have to say that it is the best bed and breakfast hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was lovely with lots of personal touches and breakfast perfect. From arrival to departure, Paula and Nigel were the perfect hosts. |
