The Langbury  

My stay here was wonderful, The guest house was very clean, spacious, all rooms have an en suite with wonderful rooms. The owners were extremley friendly and accomodating, plus my breakfast was cooked to perfection. I was only here due to the fact I could not get a room at the Butlins site for a festival. I would def' recommend staying here to anyone. I will most likely return for the weekend as it was so nice.

The distance back and forth from the main town area can cost a bit in a taxi, but if you are driving it is ony 4.5 miles away.

A warm welcome and helpful but not over-pushy hosts.

It was a little over heated for us.

Absolutely first class service from Paula and Nigel. From the start, they were both very welcoming, offering tea on arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was superb, as were the breakfasts. On Easter Sunday we were treated to an Easter egg each on the breakfast table, which was a lovely thought. All in all, I cannot fault this B&B and would highly recommend.

This is a gem. Paula and Nigel are both delightful hosts. We have already booked our next visit.

The Langbury was one of the most pleasant places I have stayed at for many years. Paula and Nigel welcomed us with delicious flapjacks and tea which set the tone as the perfect hosts who provided both a wealth of local information and overall good conversatin.I Was tavelling with my elderly mother who has mobility problems so our ground floor room just opposite the breakfast room was perfect. Our room had lovely views out over the Bristol Channel and could alsos ee the steam engines when they came past. The decoration in the room was lovely, beds comforatble and the bathroom fitted out very well. Breakfasts are cooked to order from very tasty local ingredients. I can recommend the Lanbury wholeheartedly and look forward to my next visit.

We loved the Langbury. The hosts were welcoming, and couldn't do too much for us. Rooms spotless, comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated. Food great. It's a minute from the beach and steam railway, 10minutes from a pub doing good food. Best b&b we've ever been to.

Loveley place to stay, comfortable and clean.Nigel & Paula are two loveley people who make you very welcome, the breakfasts are excellent, would reccommend this venue to anbody. Thanks both from William Susan, hope to see you again

This hotel is exceptional. We have stayed in many hotels over the years but this is the best we have come across. The proprietors are a delightful couple ( Paula and Nigel) and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is exceptional and is taken in a delightfuly airy and bright room. We felt completely comfortable and will certainly make a point of booking at this hotel again. We were obviously not alone in our opininion as most of the guests are repeat bookings. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody who is holidaying or travelling in the area.

The welcome from Nigel and his knowledge and information of the surrounding area were first rate.The breakfasts kept us nourished for the rest of the day, while Paula made certain everything was served and exactly as you required. Nothing was too much trouble for them , to make sure our stay was as near perfect as possible. We look forward to staying there on our future trips to Somerset.

Friendly owners, nice room, comfortable bed, great view over the bay, good breakfast, "honesty" help yourself drinks bar in the lounge!

Everything! The owners are a very friendly, welcoming couple who go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the guest rooms are tastefully decorated with crisp white cotton bedding, little jug of fresh flowers from the garden in the windowsills and immaculate bathrooms. Breakfast is ordered the night before with a good range of choices to be cooked fresh for you in the morrning. The dining area is beautiful with china cups and saucers, linen tablecloths and sparkling cutlery. Overall I can;t recommend The Langbury enough. It's lovely and we'll be back again when visiting the area.

The location of your B&B is perfect for the steam railway and the quiet, picturesque promenade, both just a few steps away! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and served with such a friendly smile. We'll be back.
