Good location, clean room, pleasant staff, decent breakfast and suitable for a short break wghere you are out for most of the time. Did not like tucked in sheets and blankets, a sheet and duvet better, staff should have offered us extra coffee, milk and toast but didn't seem to ask any of the guests. Because of switching rooms we never felt we could un pack, we were told in advance which was a good thing. |

Quiet location yet close to amenities and beach. Perfectly adequate for a business trip. In room 11 I would have felt more comfortable with net curtains at the window |

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Falmouth on foot, as it is close to the station, the main part of the town, and the castle and dock areas. The hotel was peaceful and comfortable, the room was well furnished and well equipped, and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Falmouth. |

It would be hard to find a fault. Comfortable bed in a lovely room, clean beyond all normal standards, bath and shower. Excellent location and easy to find using the provided information. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice food. My younger self would have found the breakfast portions small and car-parking required skill. |

Friendliness and polyte. Waking up by other noisy guests. Room extremly small and one could hear everything outside the room. The size of the room is for one single bed, but a double bed was squeezed in. |

Set within a lovely Georgian townhouse in Falmouth, this small and friendly B&B presents itself as the ideal base from which to discover the beauty of South West Cornwall. |
