I went there off-season for a quiet break, and that was what I got. It is a family-run hotel with excellent facilities for the disabled, which I have mentioned to my 70yr+ old parents. The staff were attentive, getting used to my needs very quickly. I warmly recommend the hotel as a destination for families, disabled, the elderly, and any single people simply wanting to chill out.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and well-equipped but the decor was old-fashioned and the bed, complete with blankets rather than duvet, not terribly comfortable. Breakfast was very average.

A small friendly hotel in a quiet road just off the coast road. Reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in the area although not exactly cheap. The rooms were clean but small. The bed was awful. If you are used to sleeping on the floor you might just find them comfortable.

Location Very poor value for money. 95£ per night for a basic room, a bathroom which didn't even have a shower and a poor breakfast... This is basically an hostel, I felt like it didn't even deserve half of the price we paid.

The disabled facilities were good. Proper coffee was not available to guests outside breakfast. This is unheard of in European hotels. Only one sachet of shampoo & gel was put out between 2 people & the tiny piece of soap was not renewed for the 2nd day. This looks like scrimping. Even though you may think people travel with their own these should be made available for all guests.

Unfortunately the room was very dated and the bed was very uncomfortable - like sleeping on a bit of wood. There were blankets rather than duvets on the bed and the room was very small for the price. I found the female owner friendly unlike the male owner who was abrupt and unwelcoming.

I loved the design of my room. It's very classy and "homey". Roy and Ann are excellent hosts; they even prepared vegetarian sausage for my breakfast on the next morning. :)

The staffs are super friendly and hospitality. The location is decent. The bath tube doesn't come with a curtain so it makes it hard to shower.

I have enjoyed at the Hotel so much and the friendship was very good and been there just over month age I enjoyed, the main reason is the sea, and falmouth. The internet at the hotel is ok, it was my computer had problems connecting to the internet it had Norton 360 on it and it cannot work with Microsoft sercuity together so I had get rid and install norton 360, so good news the internet is working.
