The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very over priced for what you get.

The view from our bedroom and the dining room overlooking the bay- beautiful. Helpful staff. a bit tired and dated and quite ugly exterior. Views and Location overlooking the bay made up for it.

Friendly. Comfortable.Good breakfast.Efficient staff. Nice outlook from breakfast room. Evening meal very disappointing on one of my two evenings there. Actually it was pretty bad and I considered making a complaint. However I did not and the meal the next night was good

All staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The hall fire door on the 1st floor right outside my room squeaks, all that is required is a spot of oil or WD40.

Staff helpfulness varied, a number of staff very European and did not go the extra mile to help. Local staff were very helpful. Would say that its more of a buisness type hotel. Would not recommend for leisure trip or family.

Great location overlooking the bay. Pretty good restaurant too. Helpful staff. Building itself is a unattractive one storey pebble dash affair and the use of dusty, plastic plants in the public areas in an area of such high rainfall smacks of laziness.

The location is sensational, with breathtaking views over the sound to Bressay The exterior on the north (road) side is spectacularly hideous; it is actually quite hard to imagine anyone deliberately designing something so ugly.

The best thing was leaving the hotel!! I have never been so disapointed in a hotel ever. It looks dated and any upgrading it has had done has been cheap and nasty! The rooms have a damp smell and are old fashioned and not pleasant. The Breakfast was basic and not a pleasant experience. The astronomical prices felt like a complete rip off!!!

gutes Frühstück ab 06:00 Uhr, gute Betten (keine "Hängematten"!) aber alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer schlicht und klein. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt nicht wirklich
