The location to the city centre and the water front, also the ease of access from the M4 Finding the hotel was made difficult by the lack of signage , could do with a couple of extra pillows in the room, also when we arrived there was only 1 teacup in the room |

It is a comfortable inexpensive hotel which is not too far away from the city centre. The location is a little tricky if you do not have a car. You are obliged to cross a very busy road where there is no pedestrian crossing. Suggest the hotel asks the council to put a pelican crossing on the road. |

The reception staff were helpful and I thought the breakfast good value for money. I thought the room was looking on the tired side and was not as clean as I would have liked. |

Good size bedroom, walk-in-shower a bonus for me as I have a disability, adequate parking space. The hotel is within walking distance to town if you are able bodied. Parts of my room were not cleaned well, I was unable to get a snack at 10.30pm despite food being advertised until 11pm - offered a take away menu but that wasn't what I wanted. Safes in bedrooms did not work for any in my party and promise to fix didn't materialise. |

Good sized rooms, especially walkin shower. Good facilities in rooms We were unable to obtain food at 10.30 pm despite the fact that the leaflet in my room said that food was available from 11 am to 11 pm. The two members of staff on duty were already on reception and bar, and were unable to manage kitchen duty as well. |

The good quality of the room and the helpful staff. The Tourist bus stop is quite close. The location in an industrial area but this will surely improve as redevelopment advances. The hotel is some way from the centre and the walk is less than pleasant but taxis are plenty and relatively cheap. |

Good standard of room, clean and well kept. Room decent size and facilities good. Close to City or Bay area once you negotiate the pedestrian unfriendly road outside. Cardiff itself is brill with loads to see and do. Bed a bit hard. Couldn't seem to alter the aircon so atmosphere dry. On the whole I would stay here again - better the devil you know. |
