The welcome was very good, excellent car park, room clean and comfortable. Heating good.

We thought it was a bit old fashioned, all that pine cladding. Also breakfast was rather odd in having to choose just 5 items or choose between juice and fruit. A buffet would have been better.

Great location for all North Wales attractions. Very friendly local pub which the staff directed us to. Very friendly staff, always ready to help.

The location is stunning and the staff desparately tried to be as friendly as possible but overdone.

Very over priced for what was on offer, the food was over priced and reflected in the empty restaurant. The breakfast was rationed and I had to ask 3 times before my very small coffee cup was refilled.Everthing was very basic!

fantastic customer service can't fault staff in anyway rooms clean comfortable well equipped amazing value relaxing bar area with open fires food and drink very good too for us it was a relaxing break chance to spend time together not luxurious but more than adequate and what a bargain would we go again without a doubt we would return to lodge as we were lookedcafter so well

Our main reason for choosing the Lodge Hotel was its proximity to Bodnant Garden. It proved to be an excellent choice: it is very well run with clean reasonably well furnished rooms and the best breakfasts we can remember in a lifetimes travelling. There is a choice if seven or so items for a cooked breakfast and each one was cooked close to perfection. No cardboard bacon, eggs perfectly judged and the fried bread just crisp and not soaked in fat. A firstclass hotel for its category.

Breakfasts were a little late starting at 8.15 am.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner . Booked in then shown the very clean chalet type bedroom which had everthing for our needs. We will most definately make a return visit for another week end break. The area was ideal for places to visit. Food was excellant and pleasantly servered. Each member of staff always polite. Easy trip to Snowdonia and very friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were also well done.

Carpets and furniture are a little worn out.

We stayed at The Lodge for 3 nights to visit family who were also staying in Wales. The welcome and friendliness of the staff made our stay really enjoyable. We had planned to eat out in the evenings but the food was delicious so we ate there each night! Lovely atmosphere and super place to 'chill'.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and really interacted with our baby who loved the attention. The food was great with a good choice. The atmoi was relaxed and unhurried.

The room was a little cold as the radiators didn't work properly.

Very good location for National Park and Coastline. All staff very friendly rooms are chalet style with own front door , very dog friendly with own grounds.

We often stayed hotels but we found the goodness of small accommodation. Nick and his staff were very friendly. My son loved to talk to him. He said that he would like to come again! Koji

Nous avons apprécié le dîner, la cuisine était excellente

Le prix de cet hôtel est exagéré compte tenu du confort de la chambre. La salle de bain était en fait un couloir dans lequel se trouvait une baignoire et les WC. Le lavabo se trouvait dans un coin de la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner, le choix était restreint.

Toute l'équipe est très sympathique, le patron très souriant et aimable. Les repas du soir que nous avons pris étaient excellents et variés, ils ont un très bon cuisinier.

When asked if we could have breakfast half an hour earlier than the allocated time as we were going on a day out we were refused point blank.. After paying £95 , a bowl of cornflakes didn't seem a lot to ask.

We went for a meal with friends we hadnt seen for yrs so were back late and heating goes off at twelve so we were rather cold when we got in
