The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the center of town which made it easy to enjoy the charms of this small town. |

The staff were lovely, very friendly and extremely accomodating nothing was tou much trouble and this was wonderful when staying on your own. Food in the restaurant was wonderful for evening meals and prices very reasonable. A most enjoyable stay, some lovely modern touches to the room, comfortable and stylish tub chair, flat screen TV great, and bedding bright and simple yet modern. The bed had seen better days and was quite uncomfortable. Bathroom very tired and the sink had been broken and glued back together. Free wi fi access in the rooms would have been welcome especially as a business traveller. The main road was very noisy which was difficult to get over as the weather was good and room warm obviously so necessity was to have the windows open. |

it was good value for money, but it was very basic, if u are wonting luxury this is not the place to go, breakfast was ok, rooms could do with up dating found about 3 things that were broke, its just the little things that they could fix that make the room better the parking was bad, rooms need an update |

friendly staff......felt safe as to get in after midnight there was a coded locked door. Felt secure. Breakfast was a bit rushed and waited what felt like a long time for it. Was good when arrived but wasnt offered a top up on coffee or any toast. |

Very easy to book in, the staff were very pleasant & food/room were good! I thought the price of the room was alittle steep for the size. |

The food and privacy/quiet nature of the pub. The staff and particularly the manager were very good and accommodating. I like the low key nature of the hotel, its location on a high street within easy access of other facilities. The parking situation was very annoying as completely full on arrival and even the secondary locations suggested by the staff were all full. I suggest also given how tight the turning is that a 'full' notice is put on the exterior of the hotel if this is the case. The bed was uncomfortable - lumpy and a bit hard. |

Its a small hotel, with a good pub and restaurant, and close to the town centre and facilities Not very comfortable, they shone a floodlight into my room all night, and there was no hot water in the morning. |
