Plenty of parking spaces and close to the beach. Well priced. Shower attachment was not working in our room, so we had to have baths which was very inconvenient. Reception never seemed to be manned. Pretty far to walk to town. Very cheap and nasty juice and coffee at breakfast. |

Ease of check in. Clean, tidy, Modern room. Free Tea & Coffee was a nice touch. No dislikes about the Hotel at all. However we got stitched up by the taxi back from town. Charged us £9.00 and it wasnt even after midnight!! My advice would be to ask a price first before getting in taxi.. |

It was close to the town and beaches, very laid back atmosphere, bed was comfy and clean, facilities were great. A bit noisy in the morning due to walls being a bit thin, same goes for outside noise due to being near a bus stop, not major problems though. |

Comfortable and nicely decorated room. Extended breakfast times 8-11. It's almost like being at home. Nice location to escape Newqay quickly and explore the surroundings. |

The modern decor is a refreshing change. I also liked the breakfast set-up, very informal but always plenty of food at any given time. I was worried when i first arrived at the hotel as when you walk through the narrow hallways - there is a certain halls of residence / youth hostel feel... but once inside the spacious rooms, it is nothing like that! Staff very friendly and helpful which is good. It takes realistically about 20minutes to walk into town from this hotel and that's going at a fair pace. There is parking provided at the hotel but it's quite tricky and tight unless your driving a small car. |

the hotel was tastefully decorated and very modern, good value for the money. Lovely breakfast/ dining room with a good choice of breakfast and great that you are free to use dining room at any time for your own food too. Location was good for us as we were visiting both newquay and perranporth. Would definitely come back as it was what we were looking for in a place to stay. The first impression of the outside of the hotel wasn't great, however it did not reflect on the decor inside which was a nice surprise. The toilet seat in the room could do with replacing as it was worn out. |
