Good price for what you get, nice breakfast.

Bed a bit uncomfortable, cleanliness of bathroom and stinky water.

Our room smelt of mould and dampness!

the staff were very nice plenty for breakfast they gave you no hassle everything was easy

Excelent value for money. We had 3 rooms and all 3 were very clean. Dining area was fantastic, self service breakfast till 11am and you could use kitchen area any time of day or night for carry outs or heating your own meals. Also free hot drinks 24 hours. Was a bit out of town but the accomodation was brill. No complaints

Wall were a bit thin. We went out of season but if full would imagine a bit noisy

The friendliness of the staff - the receptionist was particularly helpful. We also enjoyed the freedom to come and go and to be able to bring our own food and drink back to the hotel to eat. Our room was clean and comfortable with lovely views over the fields behind. Would definately return and recommend to friends.

A little far out from the centre but luckily the sun was shining so we could walk into town within about 20 mins. Taxis are quite expensive to return after a day out - but of course that is no refection on the Hotel itself.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the location and the flexibility of the breakfast times, also I was really impressed that you could have a hot drink anytime freee of charge from the machines and that you could bring takeaways and own food and use the breakfast room to heat own products

Locality to Newquay town centre and beaches.

Uncomfortable matresses.

Good area for breakfast and you could use the breakfast area in the evening to eat your takeaway etc. Free coffee machine. The decor was modern and all very comfortable. Would go again.

Shower could be a little better as the shower head fell off.

It was more of a budget hotel more of a £50 a night rather than a £89 a night.

Good location, clean, excellent breakfast, very nice to have kitchen facilities available for our use during the day and evening, staff very helpful, lovely deck at back facing onto playing field.

Family room included a double bed and a single bed but the room was very cramped, too much so for a triple room. I would like to have seen what a double room looked like. But we booked at the last minute.

We had a lovely family room. The lounge area was very comfortable and it was nice to have somewhere else to go to as well as the bedroom, especially as my two year old didnt want to sleep. So I was able to leave my husband in the bedroom with my sleeping 4 year old son. There was tea and coffee facilities available and also a fridge and microwave for use. We could help ourselves to what was there I.E. fruit/cereal. The breakfast was continental and there was agood choice for us. They also had a small table and chairs for the childre. Childrens plates and cutlery was also available. In the morning there was a good selection of guests present, not just young families. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The owner was very polite and accomodating. We hads a family room and a double room for 17 and 14 yo girls. Family room, was a double and a bunkbed.

Only fault if you call it one, was that in the double room there was an iron burn mark on the carpet. This could have been caused quite recently. Then you wouldnt expect them to change it so quickly in the peak of the holiday season. Thats it really !
