The courtesy and ready assistance of all the Staff. Everything in the hotel worked well - no breakdowns etc. ! The facilities were first class and the hotel was central for visits to places of interest. We received an excellent Welsh welcome !

We found all the staff to be very helpful ,pleasant and polite. The meals we had in the Brasserie were very good. Breakfast was good. The Pool/Spa facility is excellent . Overall a very enjoyable stay at a well run hotel with real tradition and atmosphere. Long may you continue to offer this and we look forward to a visit in the future. Best regards John Hall

the staff were friendly and helpful the internet was intermittent and the doors to the hotel were locked when I returned both evenings meaning I had to walk all the way round from the car park only for the front doors to also be locked - not helpful.

The location is ecellent. The hotel itself is well managed by friendly and helpful staff. Staying there is extremely pleasant and relaxing. Standard of Cuisine during my last stay was not on par as previous.

As it was New Year's Day, the town was extremely quiet - nothing at all was open, so I was glad to find a comfortable hotel, nice room with good restaurant. Breakfasts were excellent and service good. The lift smelt horrible.

All staff were extremely friendly but not at all intrusive. Food in the bistro was excellent as was the breakfast. No at all flash or stereotyped as it is family owned - it felt very homely and welcoming. I will stay there again when work takes me in that direction.

Food in both Brasserie and Radnor restaurant was excellent quality. Hotel centre of town and ideal to access all town's amenities. Very large car park but still not adequate if a large conference taking place.

Stayed before several times, very good leisure facilities and comfortable accomodation, usually a good dining experience. Service in the Brasserie was not up to expectation.

The hotel is in a central location with a huge car park at the rear. The food was excellent. The staff were couteous. I noticed that the manager was hands on and collected empty glasses as he walked about the hotel. We are very pleased that we stayed there and would recommend the hotel to others.

It is a very convenient location for visiting Llnadridnod Wells; the staff are friendly and it isa pleasant place to stay I find the pillows too hard! Why when there is a notice asking residents to use their towels again if staying for more than one night do the staff change them each day?

Very hospitable. Enjoyed our complimentary upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise as my wife and I had not had a break for a couple of years. Thank you. I would have liked that the brassiere restaurant changed their menu a little every evening, then we could have eaten there every evening.

Staff are helpul and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Pleasant surroundings close to good walks. Free wi-fi, with good access. The breakfast is very poor, £15 for a buffet of dried out, poorly cooked sorry looking food. Absoluelty disgusting. Food and drinks are poor value.

Was very happy to receive a free upgrade to a tower room. Really liked the room - very comfortable bed and great facilities. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. A great stay - the only suggestions I can make are: fresh milk on the tea tray (difficult, I know, because no refrigeration) and a sign to let guests know that the bathroom lights are automatic.
