Location - close to Seafood Restraunt where we were eating that night.Good breakfast. Disappointed with the room - rather shabby, but as we hadnt paid full price it was acceptable. I would have been very unhappy had I paid the full tarrif.The room was cold, no rad working but staff found a small portable heater which was appreciated. To qualify my comment below e.g. that I would recommend that would only be at a reduced rate. |

The overall courtesy of the staff. Excellent breakfasts. Small touches like china teapots that poured well an didn't scald you! |

The staff were very helpful and it was very relaxing. Our huge Premier room was surprisingly on the ground floor with French doors opening on to the lawn overlooking the Harbour. Shame the weather was terrible! Nice breakfast. Minute walk to all that Padstow has to offer. The hot water seemed to take some time to come through and I would have liked the shower hotter for November but was OK. |

The hotel was very comfortable,and the staff were most helpful and very attentive,nothing was too much trouble.The standard of cuisine was excellent,and the service in the restaraunt was excellent. The standard of housekeeping was a little wanting,dust on tables and some carpets did need some cleaning. |

The view from our bedroom,the convenient location in respect of the shops etc in padstow, and the surrounding area. Whilst we did not have an evening meal in the dining room, the menu only seemded to be presented on the day, and should have been available for consideration on the day before, so that guests can plan ahead. |

Although our room was small, it was very comfortable and we had a sea view without asking for one The hotel is very shabby in places - worn carpets etc. The service was also a little slow when waiting for coffee & drinks in the bar. The cost of the room was quite high too - welcome to Padstow!! |

We were made to feel welcome, we had an lovely breakfast and the hotel is in an excellent location. I would have liked a shelf beside the sink in the bathroom, to put toilet bags on |
