Der englische Charme des Hotels. Die Unflexibilität einiger Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Fenster in meinem Zimmer waren so schlecht isoliert, dass es permanent gezogen hat und kalt war. |

Very nice Hotel inside, very old building. Had to change rooms as there was an awful smell in our room and the window would not open. Also as there was a function on at night we could not get a drink in the hotel bar and had to go elsewhere. |

i liked that the bar was open into the early hours and food was available my wife left behind a recently opened bottle of perfume i think we should have been contacted and asked if we wanted the item posting to us |

our room was clean and bright and sumptuously furnished. Water and wine provided made a pleasant difference to the usual tea and biscuits. Staff were excellent and breakfast first class! |

The rooms and facilities in the rooms aregood. Also the building itself - including the reception area - which creates a "grand2 and luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast was disappointing and below standards we have experienced on previous stays. In particular the "hot" food was only lukewarm and turned cold very quickly on the very cold plates. |

The Midland is one of the best hotels in Manchester everything from the decor and cleanliness to the facilities and staff professionalism we would now not stay anywhere else, it is definatley worth the additional money |

The staff at the Midland were very helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay! :) |

it was ok nothing more nothing less, staff were ok nothing to get excited about consierge desk was busy with a que but staff just walked away, frustrating when you are in a hurry, lots of noise outside but to be fair nothing the hotel could have done about that, the rooms looked like thye could do iwth a bit of updating |

absolutely first class from walking through the doors,standards of customer service throughout was excellent the hotel was marvellous ,the room fantastic and the food matched these standards,couldnt recommend the Midland any higher |
