We stayed for 2nghts in the wifes of bath room on the top floor. Very comfy for our stay. The staff were helpfull. Breakfast was more than good. Short walk to the centre of town and cathedral. Ideal location. Easy access back and to main road ie a2. We went to dover for the day out- ran round the coast through deal and onto whitstable for our fish n chip treat. Loads of parking nr the millers with reduced rates for residents. Will be back as we have yet to tour the cathedral - simply ran out of time !

The stay was perfect for purpose as I was staying with my sister while we attended a large family party. Staff could not have been more helpful . Rooms (single) were good and breakfasts also excellent with varied choice of well prepared food.

The reception already was extremly helpful as we had a technical problem with our car when we arrived. They helped us sort it out and also assisted with parking nearby. Rooms were somewhat small but nice, clean, nice bath and with a good flatscreen TV. The breakfast was the best full english we had during our week long trip around Kent. The locations is so close to the city centre its an easy 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

I had to take my son back to uni and wanted to visit the cathedral so stayed over. I found the millers arms on booking.com, the pictures were good of the place, other people gave good reviews, it was central for what I wanted amd it was reasonably priced. I wasnt disappointed on anything. I will be back!

The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are well decorated, clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful yet close to the cathedral, (my room had a view of it). The Miller is tucked slightly away from the main tourist drag and the pub-crawl circuit and I have never been disturbed by creaky staircases or noise from adjoining rooms, which can be a feature of some hotels in Canterbury. I have stayed in various different locations over the years and the Miller is my favourite. I am seemingly not the only one who thinks so as this place can get fully booked up. The bar is cosy (small) and had a log fire going at night. The pub is run by the Shephard Neame brewery who brew good ale, but could stock an improved range of ciders if they were to put there mind to it.(Hint, hint!)

Its location is perfect for a visit to Canturbury. Service was friendly. My en-suit bathroom had a revolting smell of sewage. I could only resolve this by sleeping with the bedroom window open all night since the extractor fan did not work.

Good location close to the city centre and walking distance from the cathedral where we were going for a candlelit service. Breakfast was good. There was a very noisy fan outside our bedroom window - the rooms with a view of the cathedral would all suffer from this - its probably quieter on the other side of the hotel. We worked out that it came from the freezer in the kitchen area directly below our room.

It's close enough to the train station and it's brilliantly located in the city. I had a good view of the cathedral from my window. The inn has an old world charm.

The Location being close to the city was fairly good and it was clean I asked if they had Wi Fi and was shocked to learn that there was a charge of £6! Just about every other hotel I've stayed in it is free. The Menu was not good....they had given some fancy names to what was basically fish & chips, Hamburger and a couple of steak dishes.
