Reasonably priced clean & adequate accommodation.

New menu in adjacent family pub.

The area for the breakfast buffet has changed and is too small. When several people are trying to prepare toast, cereal and get coffee it is very congested.

The rooms were great and very clean. Staff were great.

the accommodation could really do with double glazing and more sound proofing between rooms. The constant traffic noise was like being outside sitting on the verge of the M25.

Clean and tidy. Service Excellent. Food good.

Some road noise, but not excessive

Very clean and very 'cottage'-style.

Pub closes at 11PM so we couldn't relax after driving 3 hours. Don't ask for continental breakfast, because you'll end with toast and some marmelade.

Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good and service quick and friendly.

Room very cold when we arrived and the heating was not on. We did manage to get it going and after that it was fine.

Meeting family in the area and the Mill on the Soar met all our requirements. Excellent customer service and great value for money,would stay there again.

The bed was comfortable and the bedroom itself was adequate.

The bathroom and toilet facilities were extremely poor - and that's putting it mildly!! Not a very nice place to be.

Lovely comfortable room which was nice and warm on a cold winter night. Very clean and staff friendly.

Husband left early for work and I had to get out of bed to re-lock the door as no other way to do this.

The only reason for choosing this accommodation was the location for our trip. The room could do with more up keep. Curtains did not match (length) poor upkeep in bathroom. Check out too early. No wifi in room only in common area but difficult to connect. Staff in connected restaurant not too friendly.

No flexibility with staff.

Convenient location. Good food at the Hungry Horse.

Being advised that check in was up to 23.00 on the confirmatory email, to discover on the day that check in closed at 7pm - as it was boxing day, I totally understood, but there was no attempt to communicate this beforehand by phone or email. It was pure chance that I booked in during the afternoon. Tv didnt work

Comfortable room and a budget friendly adjoining restaurant. Breakfast is extra, although limited for the price paid.

My room (no 5) was a bit close to the main road and a little noisey, but wouldn't put me off coming here again
