We only stayed overnight as we were in the area for a family gathering, were pleasantly suprised at the accomm. At the price we were paying. Will certainly stay again if we are in the area. There was some road noise as we were in 15 and the Car Boot traffic started quite early on the Sunday morning.

We have stayed there before so knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed. The price per room is excellent value for money; the room was quiet, it was warm and the bed was lovely. The tv had a huge number of channels - both tv and radio - to choose from. Complementary tea, coffee, biscuits etc. were provided on each day and the room was thoroughly cleaned. The staff at the Mill on the Soar are so nice - helpful, pleasant and professional: nothing was too much trouble for them.

I booked via booking .com for two nights on behalf of overseas clients arriving on sunday night on business. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the hotel was full on the monday night, but they would phone around to find another local hotel. As I had confirmation for two nights this caused confusion. In the event the hotel was very helpfull and eventually a room was made available for the second night.
