Location perfect to theatre royal. The room was lovely and very comfy bed.
The breakfast was far too expensive and not at all good value for money. My sausage was not cooked so I sent whole breakfast back and they brought me out same breakfast and same sausage that they had refried!!! Not good when it cost £10.00!! Very disappointing.
Cleanliness & location
No negative points
Convenience of location
Everything about this place never fails to impress. Breakfast is extra but wetherspoons have a great selection just 50 yards across the road. For a city location it is very quiet
Never thought to take swimming or gym gear!
Room was a very good size. The beds were very comfortable.Very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Good location.
Having a reserved parking space was a great bonus, as my wife is not able to walk very far.
staff verry unfriendly.....
Staff helpfullness, gym and general hotel facilities
The room is near a main road and got a bit noisy over a Saturday night.
Hotel was just a bit lacking in clout and imagination
we liked our room we liked the swimming pool we enjoyed our breakfast
there is nothing we did not like.
Breakfast was excellent! Hotel was clean and good size rooms. Steve brassiere offered really good food and good service
Only thing was noise from pub across the road as we were in room at the front of the hotel
Being shown the facilities. Using the pool and gym.
Unsure about where to park. Cost of parking minimal but not aware would be added to bill.
State of bedroom. Clean. Good restaurant. Helpful staff.
Pillows were not comfortable.
Perfect for theatre visit! City parking!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was warm and Clean.
Thin walls; I could hear the person in the room next door snoring! If the hotel is not busy, you should not bunch all the guests up. The gym bathrooms could be updated.
Nice big room, was cheap and great value in a great location
The pool changeing rooms where locked and no one was around to ask for help, ended up waiting 10 mins and following another person in who knew the door code.
Great location, just across the street from Plymouth Pavilions where we were seeing a show. Great staff and accommodation.
The room was clean and a good size, we were a party of two adults & a 9yr old. The pool was great, just the ticket after a long car journey! The breakfast was fab which set us up for our days adventures!
That we weren't staying longer!! Oh well, there's always next time, hopefully we will be back!
All aspects very good again !!
Very good value hotel. Great to have the use of a reasonable gym and pool with sauna and steam. Reception staff very friendly. Excellent cooked breakfast polite and efficient waiting staff. Great provision of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Well located for most of the city centre although a taxi ride yo some places was preferred due to the time of year.
Only downside was that the bedroom only had a view of a brick wall.
double bed was too small
Convenient for Shopping and Harbour area
TV small and controller refused to work - swapped twice. DVD Player kept opening/closing and couldn't be turned off?? Heated Towel rail not working...
Central location and very nice room. All staff excellent.
Good location for Theatre Royal and breakfast very good.
Bed was so small my Husband who is 6ft chose to sleep on the floor. Also unpleasant damp smell coming from the bathroom, room 319. Fully booked so they couldn't upgrade/move us.
