It was close to the theatre and was very clean The hotel didn't have Double Glazing and was close to the Pubs and clubs. It was very noisy at night time and We didn't get hardly any sleep. Police seriens were going off too quite alot and you could hear the traffic. If you don't won't to sleep this is the hotel for you.

If was a nice hotel but I extepected something more for the price. It was like a brand new travelodge would have been. Basic modern, clean. Food in bar was lovely although whole place was a little chilli. Having to pay for parking despite staying at the hotel. (£3Pd)

It is located right next to the Plymouth Pavilions so if the drive home after a show seems a bit daunting this place is ideal. After the show (10.30 ish) I could not get anything to eat at the hotel, not even a sndwich or a bag of crisps.

Ideal location for "Concert Going" at nearby Plymouth Pavilions. The recent addition of "Steve's Brasserie" is great for pre-theatre meals and is a real plus in the overall modernisation of the hotel. The "sound-proofing" between the rooms on the top floor where we stayed needs improving!!!

Staff very helpful, even before arrival. Room clean, well decorated and soft furnishings were modern and well matched. Breakfast served with a smile, which makes such a difference. Good choice of cereals, cooked breakfast items (you choose what you want, not a standard plate of food given), yogurts, fruit, juices and jams etc. Would stay again. Minor point - double glazing in the bedroom was condensed inside the unit, so unable to see the view.

The staff were all very helpful - especially the chef (he offered to cook something different for my son who is a fussy eater). The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The food was delicious and the breakfast waitress was extremely thoughtful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - close to the Pavillions and only 5 mins from the shops. Next time we need to overnight in Plymouth we'll definitely be booking again. There was nothing we didnt like - fantastic hotel

“Apart from being very good value, the reviews were very good for the hotel and that's always important. The staff were excellent - friendly and welcoming. The room although fairly basic was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the evening meals they are now serving were good quality and very good value. Weather whilst we were there was not great but the quality of the staff and the hotel made up for it. We will use the hotel the next time we are in Plymouth.” Christopher, Basingstoke |
