The cleanliness, decor and comfort of the room was very good. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was good, all the staff very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The car park!! Not very well organised, but adequate. |

Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely big spacious room. Left my purse there without realising and staff rang to let me know.It is in the post, thankfully! We would stay again. Went to see a gig at the Pavilions, which was a stone throw away, ideal location, everything nearby. The car park. Not enough spaces for size of the hotel, unfortunately, and also had to pay £2 to park there even though staying at hotel. |

Up til my room flooded - everything but after that sercice was very poor . After my room flooded I was told to phone back as someone phoned me on my way home but I was driving so I did and no-one bothered returning my call . Also it seems odd to me that my mobile could be reached the day after but not on the day. My room stank and no-one appologised for it . |

The price was a major attraction for us, and also the fantastic locality for our evening at the Pavilions next door. It was really easy, the staff were friendly and courteous and didn't mind at all when we asked if we could park our car in the car park for the rest of the day, which I think was brilliant. The pillows were really uncomfortable unfortunately. |

receptionist helpful and breakfast good choice I felt that paying £60 without breakfast for a single room with shower when my wife had a room with a double bed and a bath for the same price was indefensible and I asked the receptionist to refer this to the Manager so as to have an explanation in due course |

reception area was very attractively decorated, the staff on reception very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet. The room we were allocated badly needs redecorating - rather shabby and dated |

Fully met my expectations. Unfortunately there are no Smoking Rooms available and the bar opens at 1700. For those who like to have a beer after work at 1630, your stuck. |

The friendliness of the staff at the Hotel was excellent. The room was impeccable The only thing I can say that I did not like about the Hotel was the fact that you did not supply a dairy milk alternative soya etc., I had to have either toast (which I have a wheaet intollerance to) or a fry up. If you could supply or at least ask if there is any requirments in your booking form then it would solve the only problem I had. I would how.ever still reccomment this Hotel to anyone staying in Plymouth |

it was a lovely room, comfortable bed and enjoyed the fact that it had shower and a bath, we had a good view and could use the facilities the hotel had to offer i did ask for champagne to be waiting in the room as it was my partners 50th birthday, this was not done, after ringing a few days before our arrival. we also ordered breakfast in bed on arrival for the next morning for 9 am this was 15 minutes late and spoilt the surprise as he was up and dressed the time it arrived |

the location was great only 5 mins from the city centre and train station. Room was very comfortable. The hotel has obviously been re decorated recently and all is lovely apart from the lift whcih for first impressions made you wonder what the room was going to be like. Luckily it was as lovely as the reception area. |

Fantastic location, well presented room and the communal areas that have already been renovated are lovely. Breakfast was dissapointing and using the lift felt like we should have been on the starship enterprise! |

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. when we booked on line we were offered a smoking room, when we arrived we discovered that the hotel was all non smoking, whilst this didn't cause a problem I do think that you need to update your website. |
