The breakfast was excellent I had 3 cold showers due to the fact that you had to heat the water up for an hour before going in it - not good when you are on a qucik turnaround to go out! |

nothing positive to say about this hotel apart that it was reasonable central. rooms are very pokey, not a secure floorboard in the building causing a lot of noise. the mirror in the bathroom was on the floor. on arrival when i questioned the reception about carparking, i was advised that this would be £7 per night, although others were told £10 and £5. when i attempted to pay the bill the owner pulled his face as i wanted to pay by card, he then pointed to a shabby sellotaped notice advising that there would be a fee. Being Blackpool, i did not expect luxury however some comfort would have been appreciated. |

It was easy to find, close to the night life and shopping precinct. The breakfast was freshly cooked and well presented, The room was in poor state of repair ie drawers missing from furniture, there were holes in the doors too. It was in dire need of decorating and smelled foosty. The net curtain on the window was absolutely filthy, supposed to be white but looked black. |

we were there for a stag do, so the rooms where more than adequate, a bit pokey, but ffor the money, they where more than enough. the hotel bar was a bit hit and miss, very few staff, so not open often enough, we returned from our first night of three out and couldnt get the night porter to serve us, so we ended up going to the hotel opposite us and got served in there for a further two hours into... the hotel bar was a bit hit and miss, very few staff, so not open often enough, we returned from our first night of three out and couldnt get the night porter to serve us, so we ended up going to the hotel opposite us and got served in there for a further two hours into the evning with no problems, this hotel lost out on a lot of revenue, cosidering the young farmers where there at the same time,... |

Location was brilliant - near to the centre Bit like a rabbit warren, trying to find your room was challenging. Bar was advertised, but never open! Breakfast time should be extended to 10.00 hrs at least. Rooms definitely in need of some tlc. |
