I liked: the convenience in relation to the airport. I liked the foyer and bar area - it felt very welcoming. The bed was hard and the room very small. Lighting in the bedroom was poor. The staff tended to stand around talking a lot and didn't seem very customer focussed. |

Location Imrovement can be made on overall room cleanliness, Repaint the window wooden frame ( flacking ) toilet smells and no water mixer on bathroom basin - difficult to use during winter |

I enjoyed my breakfast in the morning , only problem they did not start untill 07.10 , should have been 07.00 appart from that it was ok I would have preffered if I could have used the wireless facility in my room |

On this occasion not very much - very disappointed with service received in dining room. Transport to and pickup from Airport was very good. Secure arking was also good. Having to wait over an hour for food to be served, and then to discover the hot dish ordered was cold. Quality of food not as good as expected, also choice of food a bit monotonous. Having visited the hotel on several occasions over the last few years, the menu is really boring as it never changes! |

Easy to get to. Good access to the airport. Plenty of staff. Its a bit busy on their theme nights. Rooms a bit noisy at night. Had a problem that another guest entered our room during the night. Reported this and manager said that they would follow up but we have had no correspondence or official apology. |

manager on duty very good at her job. Being told on arrval our booking had been changed by email, which we still have not received!although the manager sorted it out,still told at breakfast we were room only,again sorted but still embarassing,rooms could do with being refurbished a bit run down and very small. |

Large car park. Friendly, cheerful staff. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Modern bedroom. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. On August 15th there was a Christmas tree, complete with fairy lights in the reception area!!! |

i have stayed in bournemouth fot 20 years and miss my scotish breakfast so when i saw the breakfast i was in heaven FAB the staff were great nothing was to much bother for them we stayed in room 341 and found it a bit tight for the 2 of us also there was no toilet brush i dont like to leave things behind in the toilet and a toilet brush would have saved our blushes apart from that it was spot on |

the staff were very helpful and friendly. it was very warm in the rooms, could do with air con. the bar was closed when we returned in the evening at around midnight and no alcohol was availabe to guests. |

the lady that checked us in was lovely on the pm shift june 17th. She was also there in the morning with a big smile........she is a huge asset to your hotel!! We loved the close proximity to the airport, and the free shuttle:) |

myself and family enjoyed the hotel breakfast, bar and the friendliness of all staff.the hotel is also sitoated in a good place, only minutes from paisley and glasgow, and its a great walk down by the river. |
