The hotel itself was very nice. Staff very friendly. My wife was attending her annual work Xmas party so it made sense for us to book a room for the evening. Her comments on the bar staff at the hotel were very positive. Friendly, fast service. Breakfast is cooked before we headed down for it. Some items were cold and dried out, making it un-appetising. Perhaps change the setup. We recently spent a night in another hotel chain, and the breakfast was very hot and appealing. This is due to the way they keep it hot and presentable.

the food was very good served with pleasant staff Twice we have booked a twin bedded quiet room through your firm. On our arrival have been given a double bed room so small there was no room to open ones cases. The noise from the music from the parties went on and on getting louder and louder. Then the party goersthought they were the only people in the hotel with loud shouting to each other and the knocking on doors . This went on until 2 45am. Not my idea of a pleasant stay. Last year we called the manager and complained to no avail. nothing changed, Surely they must have some quiet room away from the loud party goers .

Close to airport with good 24 hour transfer times. Resturant has some good food and their is a lounge/bar area to relax in. The room are small and the windows are poorly maintained in the rooms. I found the rooms too small because it is a main hotel for hotel/airport access and if you have large suitcases you can hardly move in the room.

The room and bathroom were gleaming, although it was a bit on the small side, a bit tight. Reception was fast and efficient. The shuttle drivers were helpful and good natured. No menus were in room for the dining room or the bar. In fact we thought only food was available in the dining room when later in fact we discovered that the bar menu would have been more than adequate. The airport shuttle suited us but could have been more frequent than hourly, it is not as though the journey is a long one.

We thought the hotel was in an ideal location for our overnight stay prior to flying out to Spain. The staff were absolutely excellent including arranging with the kitchen to say to wait for another 2 guests when we arrived at the hotel just before the evening meals were ready to close. The food in the hotel was excellent and that staff were very obliging especially given that we arrived in the restaurant very close to closing time. The rooms are a bit dated and in need of refurbishment but the food, service, staff and transfers certainly made the deal good value for money. Only point I would say is that the rooms could do with being updated.

The reception staff were friendly, informative and keen to help - first impression was positive. At breakfast the next day my waiter was courteous and guided me to a table and informed me about the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately I then overheard a waitress speaking to an elderly couple - she sounded brusque and more or less told them to move to another table, despite the dining room being almost empty, and next to a table which she had cleared the settings from to set for lunch. This impression was eased slightly when the receptionist looked online to find out what time Braehead shopping centre opened at on a Sunday morning

Relatively close to the airport and the shuttle service bus driver. I did not like the facts that the courtesy phone at the airport did not work and the shuttle service was limited to once an hour. I found the information supplied on the hotel's website to be deliberately deceptive about location and convenience.

The whole package from stay - car parking facilities - airport transfers and the opportunity to have an enjoyable meal in the restaurant and an early night. I felt that the room we had was a bit "tired" a lick of paint would have worked wonders.

Staff were great. Tatty, unloved hotel, room seemed worn and dirty, no chair in room so bed was the only place to sit, wifi wasn't working. Really not a nice place, needs loads of TLC.

Convenient to Glasgow International Airport and free parking and transport to and from Normandy Hotel. The hotel is in great need of modernisation and redecoration. Our room was very small and the walls were badly scraped. The bed linen and bathroom were clean but our overall impression was of a tiny dingy room.

The hotel has a secure parking facility and is located close to the airport. They also provide a courtesy bus. Although quite a basic hotel, the food is good and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a a bit 'tired' and the bedrooms are very hot at night.

Being able to leave our car in a secure carpark for the duration of our holiday abroad. The room was very basic, was very hot and stuffy with no air con. And the beds very uncomfortable. The price of this hotel is reasonable but only because of the long stay car park facilities. The rooms are basic and uncomfortable and the restaurant very over priced.

I would only use this hotel as an overnight stay heading for glasgow airport but it does seem to cater well for party nights as there was one going on when I was there. I think it certainley needs a face lift especially in the rooms but comfortable enough

The location and the fact that you could leave your car while away on holiday. We asked for a double and an twin and got 2 twin room. Very noisy at night - hen party oppositie us and were up very late/early morning shouting and banging on doors - one could not get in to her room, her friend had fallen asleep.
