the location to the airport and the free transportation on a 24 hour basis. also staff very friendly

Some rooms really need to be refurbished and not much room to move in the rooms when you have luggage travelling on.

Good value, convenient to airport and local transportation, good staff.

Very well sited for the airport. The B&B price included an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport plus car parking while we were away on holiday.

Been here many times before, room was very good, as was the breakfast and staff in the most part were very friendly and helpful.

Only one light was working in the room, took quite a while to get this remedied, bar prices of £1,30 for 25m measure is a bit of a rip-off.

Connection to airport

Room was far far too small there was NO place to put the suitcases. The evening meal was very poor and scary out would have been better

I liked the breakfast that was brought to our room at 3am it was a great start to our holiday also the fact we could leave our car there for up to 15 days then taken to and picked up from the airport. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff and convenience to Glasgow Airport

Central Heating in room could not be controlled or switched off. We had to open the windows to cool the room temperature down and this of course let in the noise of aircraft taking off at Glasgow Airport in the morning. Not an energy efficient or green/sustainable solution.

Hotel rooms and corridors very clean but in desperate need of upgrade. Noise from other rooms and waterpipes.

insufficient sockets room poorly lit. Bathroom extractor really noisy.

Comfortable rooms and value

Far too noisy in the coridoors at night tbh, hen parties etc. Trying to print boarding pass was quite frankly a stupid process with a different browser used on the public pc being the start of it.

Our Second stay, room 134 was more a single room than a double (stayed 2 nights going and returning from Glasgow Airport) Room on on 3rd floor was more comfortable

We only stopped one night and everything was good from reception to shuttle and the friendly atmosphere at breakfast well done the Normandy and we shall be using you again.

I think the bedrooms could do with a freshing up as there was paper coming away from the walls and they were a little cramped. Have proper chips instead of frozen ones.

We were not advised when booking that weekend in question was a Darts Weekend nor that the restaurant would only provide a Darts Menu of ready meals.
