This is the first time I've used a Q Hotel and have to say from the moment we arrived to the moment we left could not fault this Hotel on anything. We were made to feel so welcomed and valued. This Hotel is a credit to your company.

Staff were excellent. Very helpdful in all areas of the hotel. The evening meal in the restaurant, with the new menu, was very good.

From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. Food was pretty good. Facilities were nice.

The only thing we really missed in our room was a safe. Many, ? most hotels now have combination safes in their rooms which means not having to take valuables with you to breakfast etc.

Romm we were given keys for had not been cleaned from previous occupants! We had to go down for new room keys. All was good then, only one fault that there was no shower cap so could not use main shower, used shower in bath which had no thermostat control and water kept going hot and cold. Otherwise all good.

traffic noise if you stay on roadside rooms , breakfast ,food stands too long on hot plate,had become crisp& unedable. ran out of items. ie bread, yogurt. milk had bits floating on it,

The fact that i had difficulty arriving by foot to the hotel it was a great relief to have your spa/relaxation facilities without cost! I like the lounge areas - many and relaxing. tea and coffee in rooms

You are isolated and no transport nearby unless one has plenty of money to use the taxis

the staff were very helpful, lovely bar and restaurant and breakfast was great.

The bed was small but i'm used to a super kingsize so i can't really complain.
