the owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good. I did have very noisy neighbours - so did find that a little irritating but just a minor point really. |

The room was small but comfortable and the breakfast was good. I asked for a vodka and tonic but they had no tonic. They were not cooking that day and directed me to a pub to eat in, ten minutes drive away when there was a pub advertising food next door. |

Martyn and his wife were very welcoming , helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.We stayed in the main building and found it perfect for a short stay. Everything was imaculately clean and fresh . |

nice location, easy to find,high quality clean rooms with good fittings, good breakfast and places to eat nearby walls are thin on some rooms, no traffic noise but can hear other guests |

No fuss, friendly management and staff who were considerate. Very good breakfast and facilities were good for the price and we certainly felt we had a chill out time that was value for money. |

Th owners were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good, with enough choice and freshly prepared. The hotel was very clean and we thought it good value for the price. Our room was small with very limited hanging space for clothes (no wardrobe); the en-suite shower/WC was adequate but with only space for a tiny wash-hand basin rather than a full-size one. We also found the bed rather hard! We were in the main building whose rooms proved a little noisy from normal guest activity when it was fully occupied (eg. closing doors, flushing toilet, squeaky floor etc.) |
