Went with my two sisters and husbands, we had a great time, accommodation very comfortable and clean, food and service second to none glad we decided to to eat in the restaurant, made to feel very welcome will definitely go again.

The Manager, Martin was very pleasant and helpful. The room facilities were good and convenient in 'motel' style - ie all rooms had acess to an outside door. The small bistro for breakfast was great. Although I did not experience any problems with parking, could imagine that it could become a bit crowded if guests did not park neatly. But a minor point.

The friendliness of the staff and the good value for money in a convenient central location for our business and family events. It is a bit noisy with road noise - I had not expected the amount of traffic and did not sleep after 5 am the first night, but with earplugs it was fine the next

We booked as we were going to a wedding in the next village and all the b&b were booked up over there by other family members. How pleased were we as we would have totaly missed this lovely place.The staff here were very lovely and friendly, The breakfast was awesome & the coffee, There was a lovely little pub next door that was also welcoming & friendly. An all round lovely time was had by all thank you very much.We will definatley be decending on them all again.

Friendly hosts, village pub right next door with 2 real ales. Coach House food was good and breakfast excellent. Rooms very well appointed, clean, warm and comfortable. There isn't much else in the village. The pub doesn't do food any more and drinks in the motel are mainly canned/bottled, so you have limited other options to chose from, not that you should need any.

Location for Waddington Airshow and interest in aviation with many airfields and museums in the area. The owner Martin was helpful friendly and genuinely interesting to talk to. They have concentrated on doing what they do well and flexibly eg breakfast times to suit current guests and limited menu options but all good. Will definitey return

The owners were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Evening meal was good and well served. Our room was very clean although a bit small but perfectly adequate for our one night stay. We would use it again if we are in the area. I think the menu could be a bit more interesting.

Family run motel who could not have been more helpful. Although on a fairly busy road was very quiet and peaceful. Although room was quite small it was perfect for our two day stay. Cleanliness was not an issue as the room was immaculate. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, the accommodation was in a modernised lodge accross from the old coach house, there were six en-suite rooms which were very clean and refreshing.I would highly recommend this motel.
