Cancellation
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of GBP 10.00 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

I enjoyed the people who ran The Olde Bull - Pat, Valerie & Fritz. They're a cracking team - warm, friendly - whose aim is to make sure the customer is satisfied, all with a smile on their face. |

very welcoming,although very quiet when we arrived.lots of restoration going on so we were not able to appreciate all the facilities, but we had recieved a phone call prior to our visit which we appreciated. Very enjoyable breakfast. |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Quaint and weird layout (it's 16th Century so it's to be expected). Poor tv reception. Wi fi offered but unable to connect. Weird going through the door to my room and straight into the bathroom-Sleeping area is beyond the bathroom. |

The people were very friendly and helpful. They even lent us their own bikes. The building has a lot of character and our room was of a very decent size. Our fingers itched, however, to re-decorate it: paint the doors in suitable colours (Flemish green, for instance ) and hunt auctions for furniture. |

The friendliness of the staff. The meals (Breakfast and Dinner) were also of an excellent standard. We had a room at the front of the building so traffic noise during the night was an issue for us. |

The staff were Brilliant. They fell over backwards to help. Especially Val. I I liked the fact they had a stairlift. I am disabled and thought this was a good feature. |

I would highly recommend the The Olde Bull B&B the hotel staff were so helpful. When we arrived we were given a twin bedded room we asked if we could have a double but they were fully booked. We got ready went out and when we returned they had changed the beds in the room to accommodate a double bed. I would definitly recommend this B&B staff bent over backwards to ensure that we had a pleasent stay. Situated in a lovely area. |
