the hotel was situated very near where I had to pick up another person on route to the airport. see comments below. The parking was very poor. I had to use cricket ground parking that was away from the hotel and had to walk to pick up my car at 4am as I was on route to Manchester airport.I also found the hotel very noisy. The television in the next room was very loud at 12.30 pm.people came in at 3.00am and were noisy. I had to rise at 3.30am. I did not get a get a good night's sleep. |

Reliable place to stay - clean and comfortable One member of the reception staff very rude and unhelpful, which is a shame as the other team members are great |

Rooms were excellent (we had a balcony). It was comfortable and in a great location for visiting the Quays. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. |

The room was spacious. Although they only offered a continental breakfast, we were spoiled for choice. The walls are extremely thin. It felt weird staying on the cricket ground, especially since we're not into sports at all! |

Relaxed, easy going atmosphere. Close to public transport and within easy reach of Trafford Centre, City centre and MUFC. Sky Sports in room as well as in bar/lounge. Early morning noise, sounded like bottle bins being emptied. Some guests were loud late evening and early morning when passing by room. Although the noise noted above was noticed it only lasted for short periods so it did not negatively affect our stay. |

I had difficulty trying to work out where to park as there was a cricket match on when I arrived. The events staff were really helpful and directed me to secure parking which was free in the grounds of the cricket club. The reception staff were really helpful even providing public transport info related to the concert I was attending. A really good range of food for breakfast. |

We were able to check in earlier than expected as our room was ready which was great as we were then out until late. The rooms were also great for a short stay and perfectly adequate. |

On arrival the reception staff were extremely pleasant and after check in were only too pleased to help in any way they could. Pity we did not get to see a match live but enjoyed seein Lancashire beat Yorkshire on TV. We will stay again. Pity the Club shop was not open. |

The room was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, the fact it overlooked the cricket pitch was a bonus. would prefer a full english breakfast. |

nice room friendly staff too much bad behaviour by guests during the night (not just football fans) left un supervised on the corridors. Shouting, foul language running up and down banging doors etc. More than 1 guest came out to remonstrate - no security though |
