location no lift ...nothing to be done about that but i had a lot of luggage and was at the top floor.....re: something that could be done...i didn't appreciate that the exchange rate was above the official rate....unethical |

good location and room rates. hairdrier advertised none in room . no tea coffee maker either . room to hot to sleep window needed to be kept shut for security ie communal balcony. |

The location is really good for city trip - tube and bus stations near the hotel. It near to the Hyde Park. The breakfast was quite simple. |

easy to find,location in the city is realy convenient,near subway station,comfortable mattress. Very small room,no sunshine,no shower gel or shampoo,broken toilet facilities,poor breakfest,no sound isolation... |

It was open 24 hours a day, near the paddington-station and in a nice part of the city. We onely needed a good bed , a shower and breakfast and we were satified with it. The view was terrible and the airconditioner in the bathroom made a lot of noice and it was pretty cold in the room. |

The personnel was ok. The location was good and it was peaceful area, and the hotel itself was quiet. The room was very very tiny (not even room enough to open a suitcase on the floor), the floor was untidy, the room was very cold (I even got a flu due to that). One day the room door was wide open after a cleaning lady (the whole day!). The hotel is ok for spending a night or two but not the whole week. The view from the window was a brick wall of next building. |

the hotel staff is kind & try to be helpfull. the location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. generally it was ok.the breakfast is satisfying.the room was quite. there was a little mess with the heating, it started only late at night, and stopped in the morning. |

Very good location to anywhere. Even from airport , you can just take Heathrow express or connect directly here. Good breakfast. No lift. (elevator), Small room. No wireless connection to my room.... Very poor shower. Not enough power plugs |

Price was reasonale for london. Good location, 2 min. walk from Paddington underground and busses. The room was small but basic comfort was there. Basic breakfast. If you`re not to picky, there`s nothing really to complain about... |
