Staff was pleasant and the location can't be beat for travel around London. Plenty of restaurants in the area for late dinner and breakfast was well done. If you don't like stairs this is not the hotel for you. It was 56 steps from the door to my room, and this is an old converted building so they are narrow and steep. Also be aware there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans in the hotel. We were in a mild heat wave for April in London and the room was a bit warm at night.

The location is quite nice. Very near to the Tube station that will take you to everywhere in London, including all airports. The staff is nice and the rooms are confortable enough. They also look clean enough. The surrounding area is quite nice with all kind of stores and restaurants but the Hotel is in a very quite area that will allow you to sleep. The english breakfast is nice. There is no elevator. I had to climb 6 stairs floors, carrying my bags, to get in my room. If you stay there, try to avoid the rooms nr. 1, 2 and 3. They are located in the ground floor and the windows are always closed which makes the room smell very bad.

Cosy and clean If you are in the top rooms, it is very difficult to go up and down the stairs with your luggage safely.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is close to Paddington Station, which is great if you are coming from Heatrow airport. You can get the Heatrow Express (18 pounds) that go to Paddington Station. From the station you walk about 10 minutes (or less) to get to the hotel. The hotel is located on a street that has a lot of other hotels. I really enjoyed the fact that your room is cleaned every day and you get a new towel every day too. I wasn't expecting that. There is breakfast on the hotel, which is great too. The staff is friendly. The guy who stays that the front desk during the night can't speak english. I had a really bad experience with him. I got hurt (as I explain below) and I asked for a band aid. He handed me the trash. I thought that was very insulting!!! Why would I be asking to see the trash???? The guy who stays during the day can speak english. When I arrive at my room on friday (12/02) night I've found a towel on the floor. I thought that was strange and as I was very tired I just took the towel and put it at other place. The following morning I had to be very quick because my flight was really early. When I touched my feet on the floor I felt something hurting me. It was a piece of GLASS. It was on the same spot the towel was. When I realized my feet was bledding! That's unacceptable!!!!

Bedding/towels white and clean. Beds - similar to camp beds room size - tiny bathroom - very small, shower curtain ripped, no toiletries. Pillows - like bricks carpet - dirty no tea/coffee facilities. Did not pay bunkhouse price but received bunkhouse accommodation.

The locaiton was obviously the main point of choosing the Hotel. There are many in the vicinity. The room and bathroom is clean. There is no lift, the stairs are very narrow and steep, if some one has a big luggage, he got into a wrong place. Before I made the booking, I called the Hotel to find what kind of Triple Room they have for the dates, they said they have one with King Size bed with a single bed, and another one with three single beds, and I was asked to mention it clearly what I need, I did that, I mentioned in my booking that I need a room with three single beds, I confirm with the guy after booking, but, when we reached there, I found that they gave me the other one, no apology, no room change done. We paid 115 for each night, and we had to pay 5pounds for 5hr Wifi, yes, the wifi is not free. Booking.com said the booking is free, however, the Hotel charged me on my card for the first night, it was refundable if canceled 5 days earlier.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, appeared to have recently been refurbished. Check in was efficient, beds were comfortable, price reasonable No tea/coffee available in room. Breakfast was ok, but could have been better, breakfast room seemed very cramped. Despite booking a double room, a twin room was provided (we decided to go with this and did not complain)

Location was close to Paddington Train Station and restaurants and bus transport. Rooms extremely small with horrible bathrooms and no ammenities except a bar of soap and one towel apiece. I have stayed in this area twice before, so I know the area, but did not like this hotel at all. The room was clean, but the TV's were old and small and didn't work very well. There is no room to move around in their rooms, and there are many stairs, odd closet space and no lift. I would rather have stayed at the Day's Inn which was just a few yards away and much better.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Was disappointed with the lack of kettle/cups/tea/coffee. Thought whilst breakfast was full english and/or cereal - there were no fruit/pastries/yogurt etc Very basic but clean.

The price was reasonable for the area. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The heat in the room could not be controlled and it was far too hot at night. I asked for assistance several times, but, though friendly, the staff were unable to lower the heat and gave instructions that did not apply to the unit. The sounds of the street were very audible all night, despite the fact that the room was on a very elevated floor. The bathroom had a persistent odor from the moment we walked in till we left three days later.

Location - Was able to walk to a lot of main attractions with very pleasant and interesting routes into the city. It is only a bed and breakfast (This was fresh cooked and quite adequate) so do not expect any other facilities. Staff friendly and polite. Only moan is that there was no tea/coffee facility either in-room or elsewhere (Other than during breakfast of course).

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The bathroom was really small. No elevators, so we had to carry our suitcases to the fourth floor. The breakfast room is so small that all the guests have to share tables.

Approx 2minute walk from Paddington station. The Hotel is situated on a lovely street, with a lovely garden behind it, plenty choice of resturants, newsagents gifts & tour bus stops.I was lucky to have a rear facing room, albiet v small, compact so no room for a bath which wouldve been excellent after a busy long lovely day out in London....very clean...up on the 4th floor (no elevator) but hey Im young, healthy &fit!....only 4 floors so nothing to go on about. I did miss breakfast.....like a long lie in....but the lovely girls offered me Tea,toast, cereal&Juice.

The Omega Hotel is at a walking distance from Paddington Station, which is accessible from the Heathrow airport as well as many other locations within UK by a single train. The hotel is in the midst of a central location with several ethnic restaurants and it has easy access to the underground as well as buses. Its staff are very courteous and helpful. Its full English breakfast is hearty and filling. Its bathroom is clean though it is very small. The hotel has no elevator; its rooms are rather small, and the en-suite bathroom is tiny. Not good for lounging around; good only as a sleeping base after exploring the city.

The room was nice, the bathroom was very small but accordingly to the price, i didn't expect to a bigger bathroom. The breakfast included full english breakfast, orange juice, apple juice, tea and coffe. And also 6 kinds of cereals. It was very nice and delightful. One of the mornings, we woke up, and there were 10 bees inside the room. To be fair, it was our fault, we forgot to close one of the lights and they all came because of the light.

The hotel was really close to the Paddington tube and rail station, which makes it really easy to go anywhere in town. The breakfast was really good as well. There wasn't a hair dryer on the room as announced; as well, they should announce that maybe your room could be located on the sixth floor without a lift, which makes it really hard to come up to the room after a whole day wandering through London by foot, with shopping bags and everything.

Location is good and the breakfast was good. It represents value for money and is basic but perfectly adequate accommodation. Bed linen and towels were clean. The room could have been cleaner and there is a shortage of plug sockets. Television remote was really grubby and carpets worn and shabby.
