The location is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from the paddington station. The room is small but well-organized. The staff are very helpful.
The wifi connection sometimes just doesn't work.
Compact but clean, good for 1 nighters
Room too small if you're staying longer than 1 night
Location, nice breakfast, friendly staff
small room and bathroom
Nice and fresh. Convenient location.
Room very small and far too warm.
On arriving at The Omega, we were greeted by Simon at the from desk. He was extremely attentive and welcoming, by chatting with us and helping us navigate the best ways around London. The room was a reasonable size and had all the basics needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast in the morning a great way to start the day with the option of a continental or cooked breakfast. I would definitely stay here again as it was great value for money and a short walk away from winter wonderland, which was ideal for us!
near to the street, not quiet.
A bit stark, the bathrooms are lacking.
Fantastic location, only one street away from Paddington Station, quiet area, even quieter if you get a room at the back. Exceptionally clean and fresh, bedding immaculate. Rooms and bathroom are small but you have everything you need including tea/coffee/hot chocolate available when you want it at Reception. Definately recommend.
The only slight downside was the breakfast, no veggie sauasage option available for my wife despite requesting this in advance. To be honest the management would be better to put on a wider ranging continental breakfast (yogurt, fruit etc) and forget the bacon/tinned tomato/egg cooked breakfast as it was not in keeping with the overall standards of this hotel. No other faults whatsoever.
How clean the hotel was, not just the room but also the access areas.
No tea / coffee making in the room.
Clean and functional
The area. .the staff are very welcoming and helpfull I would come back anytime
convenient location, parking in front, very helpful staff, very clean.
no coffee making facilities in the room. Although free facilities are available in reception downstairs, it is not the best of things early in the morning.
Location was brilliant, staff were really helpful, not far from underground station and bus stop over the road, in all really pleased with hotel
Would have been good to have tea/coffee in room Bathroom was tiny, but it done the job
Proximity to Paddington
Very small room Average/poor breakfast offering Was charged partly before arrival No lift
Breakfast was fresh and hot. Room was small but well equipped. Staff were very friendly Parking on the front is great for its central location.
Overpriced, no fridge in room or tea/coffee facilities, 1 large towel each, 1 set of toiletries between two, very small bathroom/showroom. Asked for later checkout when booked. Didn't hear anything.
The staff were very nice and helpful Very clean and tidy
Bathroom(shower room) is too small No Refrigerator(freg) which is very important TV set is too small
Very small room even smaller bathroom. Beds too soft. Double bed is so small two can hardly sleep unless they are deeply in love.
The staff was friendly (especially the breakfast room staff who were excellent), the room was larger than expected, yes the bathroom was smaller than home but I was not at home I was in London. I felt extremely safe while traveling alone. Don 't overlook this hotel, it is a great value and in a great location, less than two blocks from the Paddington tube stop.
I liked everything.
Clean simple room, quite spacious, cooked breakfast
Noisy road, very hot room, tiny shower/loo cupboard, only one towel
Location Able to open a window more than half an inch Wonderful, cheerful, capable staff PRICE
Didn't appear to be anywhere to hang a towel - no rail, rake or hook Stairs - but not a lot can be done about that.
Proximity to Paddington Station
They gave me a room on the top floor and I had to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Pricey for not having a lift.
The bed was comfortable, the room clean, staff friendly.
I'm average size, I found the shower rather small, but the water temp was fine. The breakfast would be much better with fresh, not tinned, tomatoes, but it was good to have a cooked breakfast included in the price
