The room was large and airy with personal access to the courtyard, wonderful for cooling off in the evening. The pool and gym were well equipped. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. The food was fabulous. All in all it was a wonderful experience

Excellent stay from start to finish. Staff were very helpful including looking after our golf clubs rather than hauling them to our room. Dinner was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

We attended out nephews wedding that was held at the hotel. We stayed for two nights. The hotel was very comfortable and the room that we had was spacious and well situated. The room in which my son stayed, and he paid a single room occupancy, was smaller and had the traffic noice from the nearby busy road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite expensive to eat and drink at the hotel compared to prices at home!

Staff very freindly, location goodand hotel very clean The room was very noisy, very poor double glazing meant motorway traffic very noisy to the point it woke me numerous times.Food in terrace bar very overpriced and very poor, fresh gammon triple decker sandwich had one thin slice of packet ham, not of a high quality and one wet lettuce leaf, with a thin slice of tomatoe, no sauce of any description, very dry unappetising and tasteless. The spa was a disaster, went to enquire about treatments, was told new system in place and couldn't tell the prices, didn't have a price list and only knew the cost of a facial or pedicure or manicure. I he a facial, which was excellent and then spent over half an hour selecting the recommended creams, a lip liner and a foundation, I spent a further half an hour trying topay, the girl couldn't find any prices, again down to new system and had to serve a person booking a spa day, a man who needed a towel and a return member of the club who was back for the second time to try in vain to pay something, I left feeling frustrated without my purchases with any benefit -ie supposedly relaxed diminished and fifty pounds worse off.the worst spa treatment I have ever exprienced

Relatively close proxinity to Motorway, Oxford & Bicester for shopping. Easy parking at hotel. Looked tired both inside and out, carpets to cooridors looking worn, externally in need of freshening up paintwork. Fitness suite dated and without many machines usually assocatiated with 4 star hotel. Dissapointed that the reataurant unable to accommodate 2 guests for dinner apart from 7pm or 9pm.

The rooms were well appointed and clean with all the facilities required. We were staying for a dinner dance event and found the food and staff exellent even for the numbers of guest to be catered for. We would certainly stay in another Qhotels if this was a mark of their quality.

Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom really good. Ideal for a conference stay but felt a bit sterile and impersonal for a leisure weekend.

An upmarket Park Inn Excellent service and comfort in a practical location for the A40. Otherwise bland, characterless and functional. The staff were great, but this hotel serves a specific function for business.

Helpful staff - quick to respond. Quite busy but staff always more than coped. We liked the bacon. We would have preferred to have been within walking distance of some local pubs and other amenities. The black pudding was alway too dry.

The food was excellcent, the staff in there serving were also very helpful and friendly. But my only comment I was I felt was rushed though my meal and unable to enjoy what was a excellent cook meal therefore leaving over half of it and deciding not to have a dessert. This was a great shame. The breakfast was again good both my daughter and I choose not to eat pork and there was plenty of other choices. Our Room was big But again the beds seemed quite small I would of thought a beauitful hotel like that would of had larger single beds more like the America idea but nice room the bathroom lovely loved the bath and wet room but floor was slighty dirty with water marks. Had a nice other all time and would go back. Spar excellent you must have a hot stone massage. But do not go in the pool when they are giving swimming lesson not very relaxing.

Rooms were well furnished and well appointed. Complimentary internet was appreciated. Staff were particularly polite and helpful. Bathroom, although well fitted, had a damp aroma which pervaded the bedroom. No air conditioning, although on this occasion, the provided fan proved adequate. Swirly carpets in the common areas were very old fashioned and made these areas, particularly the hallways, appear very dingy. In addition, the floor in the hallway area on the ground floor has very creaky floor boards, giving the appearance of poor maintenance.

The room had a good range of furniture and was a good size. The hotel was well laid out and roomy so you could find a quiet area if you wished too. The spa and gym etc. were good - nice to have a swim before breakfast. There was a good choice of breakfasts and you could have what ever you prefered. The bed was a bit hard for me. The noise from the m40 ment that if the window was open at night the noise was a bit intrusive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with instructions on how the best way to travel into the city. The weather was very sunny and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the patio area with a lovely large glass of Pimms.

The room service has really improved in quality and speed of service-new Chef? If you make sure you are checked into one of the re furbished rooms then you will be very happy with the quality and comfort of the hotel. Restaurant staff are friendly and helpfull and breakfast offering is lovely. Location definately a plus piont straight onto the m40. Still nedds some attention to the entrance reception area. You struggle through the front doors with your bags and into quite a bleak reception area which doesnt do justice to the hotel.

We liked the rooms - they're well-decorated and spacious enough - and the breakfast buffet. There were no air conditions in the rooms and it got so hot, even the electric fans didn't do much (and for the nice rooms, the fans looked a bit kitsch!) Also, for a supposedly four-star hotel, there were no porters to take our luggage to the rooms - doesn't seem to match! The staff were a bit stiff, difficult to smile, and didn't even greet guests with even a simple 'good morning' or 'good evening' as they pass around halls and corridors. We were always the ones to do it first!
