Lovely location (as long as you want to be away from hustle and bustle of town) - peaceful countryside setting and nature all around. Staff were extremely friendly and well mannered and very very professional. Rooms nice and spacious and light (although we were put in a small suite as we had a small child). Great breakfast and pool is nice. Spa facilities looked nice but we didnt get chance to use them or gret treatments. Would stay again for sure.

Room the St John Suite was just perfect really relaxing atmosphere

Room had a problem reported at 1830 water in sink blocked reported not fixed still like it when I left in the morning at 1100. Braeakfast service ffor tea/coffee poor had to keep asking and the hot selection was poor eg bacon under cooked !!!

Nice spaces mean a large hotel can still feel intimate. Staff are good, parking good, road links excellent and a spa to boot.

The food could be improved a lot and it still wouldn't be gourmet level, though breakfast was better on this last visit.

Staff friendly and attentive. Good quality and variety of food. Comfortable and well equiped room.

Breakfast was however great- best bit of it. Very good location to m42 and signposted well- easy to find. Easy to find a car parking space but very small spaces!

A little disappointed if truth be told. Room okay but bathroom very basic and 2 not great towels. 2 biscuits- I get better refreshments an yh. Was not impressed by the refreshments layed on for the conference I attended. My impression is that it is a pretty nice hotel but too much penny pinching and a new bathroom needed in room 293. Wi-fi kept cutting in and out. Gym a disappointment- I belong to local Marriott Hotel GYm and I expected similar- which it certainly was not. Hotel far too hot!

The hotel is situated in a very quiet and rural area. I sleeps the sounded I had for months. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Quality of room was excellent as was the food and helpfulness of the staff at the hotel. Good leisure facilities.

Relatively close proxinity to Motorway, Oxford & Bicester for shopping. Easy parking at hotel.

Looked tired both inside and out, carpets to cooridors looking worn, externally in need of freshening up paintwork. Fitness suite dated and without many machines usually assocatiated with 4 star hotel. Dissapointed that the reataurant unable to accommodate 2 guests for dinner apart from 7pm or 9pm.

The rooms were well appointed and clean with all the facilities required. We were staying for a dinner dance event and found the food and staff exellent even for the numbers of guest to be catered for. We would certainly stay in another Qhotels if this was a mark of their quality.

An upmarket Park Inn Excellent service and comfort in a practical location for the A40. Otherwise bland, characterless and functional. The staff were great, but this hotel serves a specific function for business.

The food was excellcent, the staff in there serving were also very helpful and friendly. But my only comment I was I felt was rushed though my meal and unable to enjoy what was a excellent cook meal therefore leaving over half of it and deciding not to have a dessert. This was a great shame. The breakfast was again good both my daughter and I choose not to eat pork and there was plenty of other choices. Our Room was big But again the beds seemed quite small I would of thought a beauitful hotel like that would of had larger single beds more like the America idea but nice room the bathroom lovely loved the bath and wet room but floor was slighty dirty with water marks. Had a nice other all time and would go back. Spar excellent you must have a hot stone massage. But do not go in the pool when they are giving swimming lesson not very relaxing.
