Excellent location, breakfast was gorgeous, staff nice and friendly, especially the owner's wife who seemed to do everything! It was warm in the room, so I had the window open, but work on the new pier is very noisy! When the pier is completed it will be much quieter! |

Wonderful site - enhanced by the fine weather of course. Extremely good staff. It all far exceeded our expectations and we will go again. They have no newspaper delivery service which meant a fair walk to get my daily - not regarded by me as a major problem. |

Where the hotel was situated, the hospitality, cleanliness and comfort. The chef was amazing with his cooking however please see box below. Window was difficult to open, in bedroom ,impossible in the bathroom. Would have liked a choice of a lower calorie breakfast for example muesli and semi skimmed milk even yoghurt. Plus vegetables could have been adventurerous. |

Sorry to say not much at all. The bed was so hard that I could not sleep. The breakfast was terrible. They was out of most things that I asked for, so I was served something completly different without being asked. |

proximity to beach, location good. breakfast good Arrived and completely ignored by chap on reception desk. Room cramped. In middle of decorating giving run down feel and wet paint everywhere-no advance warning of this. Lounge not in use. Nowhere in (new) bathroom to hang towels/clothes |
