Room was slightly bigger than expected - 3/4 size bed instead of a single. Buffet breakfast was reasonable and was kept topped up throughout the breakfast time. Draft through the bedroom window which made the room cold. Renovations going on outside my room and the staircase down to my room felt very like I was walking down into a cellar. I was also meant to be staying at the hotel with 3 friends but they all got moved to other hotels due to over booking (which we also found out is a common occurance) |

Easy to get to from Centre & Haymarket. Access 24 hrs. Very clean. Not enough bedsheets! Continental breakfast not brilliant. My room was £18 less than friends who got a room with (1) 5 beds!! and (2) with flat, kitchen, 2 TVs, etc....bizarre! |

It was cheap and convenient for my following days meetings. The first room the wc was broken. Second room in poor decorative order. Torn bed sheet, plaster comming off ceiling, torn curtains. This was a very cheap hotel at £25 a night so I expected it to be low quality but no excuses for the bed sheets. Breakfast was poor quality. |

Our mistake was the choice of this hotel. This hotel is not classified in any star category. Room very good for animals.Without heat and hot water (end of November!!) for bathroom. We had to move to another room to have a shower!! Apart of that you had to sleep on soft springs (bed) |

Location central, easy access to airport bus and to city centre. Big room, a little shabby, though. Breakfast was not up to standards. Coffee and bread was of extremly bad quality. Outside the entrance was a lot of garbage. |

it was easy location to find and convenient to Edbinurgh Airport. Quiet and rooms were restful. close to city attractions and to the shops. facilities were poor. had booked breakfast and paid for it online and arrived within the instructed times morning of departure to find that all was cleared away, spoke to staff but no arrangement was made to facilitate me what so ever. not good . did not complain but this should not ever happen and needs to be addressed in the future. Management would need to ensure that visitors satisfaction is met. I was not late attending breakfast at any cost. a major slip up from a business point of view. would be hesitant about a future stay . |

breakfast is very nice - perfect start of a day. Location is good - not far from the city center but be prepared to walk for about 25 minutes to get to the main street. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. They managed to solve all our problems and recommended us the best way for sightseeing. Rooms are not very clean - the room itself is quite tidy but the spots on the carpet are killing me. |

I was in the section which had students in which unforteley were noisy, reception did deal with my request to ask them to turn down the music well. Another poor point is we are only a few yards away from the main road and no double glazing in the hotel (room 42) So constant road noise to keep me awake. Take ear plugs! |

Good breakfast - nice selection of cheeses & cold meats Bad lighting in room. Also, we were given very confusing instructions on how to find the car park - we drove around for 1 hour to find it. |

Very close to everything, the breakfast was excellent value for money, staff great,v obliging, clean towels and bedding. The hot water in the shower, took for ever to run hot, approx 4-5 mins, waste of water running the cold to get it hot.If the showers were improved i would recommend this hotel |

very cheap (25£ for single room) and reasonably centrally placed, just two minutes from the Haymarket, on a quiet street. Breakfast was actually better than I was expecting It's a shame they don't have wifi |
