Room clean, good bed and the bathroom cool (excepted the location). Our room doesn't have bathroom directly attached, but we have go in the mutual part and get our private bathroom. The next day morning we've been wake-up by a strange meeting off spanish people (around 20) in the mutual part.

Not in the old part of town but close enough to everything with a short walk (~20 min to Edinburgh Castle/Royal Mile). The convenient airport bus (£3.50 one way) is located down the street from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and bars/pubs in the vicinity (near Haymarket Station) without walking to the touristy part of town. The rooms in the 3 bedroom apartment were spacious for large groups and can sleep up to 8 guests but it only comes with 1 bathroom. Overall, the staff was friendly and all were very helpful in giving recommendations of where to go. With the possibility to sleep 8 guests, the 3 bedroom apartment had only 1 bathroom that was not as clean as the rest of the apartment rooms. It also had a very limited hot water supply for the number of potential guests in the room. After a day spent walking around in rainy Edinburgh, the shower ran out of hot water after 2 guests and left 3 other guests in the cold.

The room was lovely, clean and with great facilities. The bathroom was fantastic with a great shower. The overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff were extremly helpful and nice. Although breakfast was lovely, for the price I would expect some cooked food.

Huge room. Great value for money. Very comfortable . Very kind in allowing us to leave luggage after we had checked out. Breakfast a bit pricey for 'continental'. We got full 'english' round the corner for less than half the price.

Location Our room was advertised as double large room, We got a room at the back no.38 right up the top, Hotel has no lift and there is a lot of stairs! however the room was size of a small box'. En suite was that small that u couldn't full open the door going in to the bathroom. Really wasn't happy about this because it wasn't what we booked! We also had to request a bath mat!!! When we requested this we got a towel!! Hassle for nothing!! This room would have been perfect for 1 perosn not 2, we found it really hard to move around the room when we where getting ready! Also we only got 1 bedside lamp, instead of 2. Yet again double room and we didn't get what we booked.

It was very comfortable and within walking distance to local amenities and the train station. We had an early flight at Edinburgh Airport and an Airlink bus stop was within a 3 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very close to Haymarket train station (3 min walk) and Airlink bus stop, 15 min walk to shoping centre. Clean room, fair price. Old window frame not tight enough, so I've got fresh cold air and street noise from outside (I had room 36). pvc window could realy help.
