The Place Apartment Hotel  

We booked a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment because we wanted a large sitting room area in which to conduct a business meeting.We checked with reception on arrival to see if there was seating for 5 persons and a table to work on. Reception said there would be min 4 chairs (perhaps more) but if we needed more to call them and they woulld bring more - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was a vast area with high ceilings - a very large hallway with two large bedrooms off (one en-suite and the other had a dedicated bathroom not attached . The sitting room was up a step and again was a vast area with soft settee type seating, coffee table and tv. To the right a fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. Perfect for our requirements.

I loved everything about the place apartment hotel, it was definitely the best place I've stayed so far, and I would definitely stay there again, the room has everything you need and plenty of space, we had 4 people sharing a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. And very close to town and nightlife perfect for a girlie weekend and at a very reasonable price. And they are very accommodating to your needs, hope this helps.

Hotel Service

The room was not clean. Restraunt was not in use due to a party. Lots of loud music from a party. Would not go back.

I liked the location a stones throw from Picadilly train station .. I liked the apartment it was very relaxing ! We had room service for evening snack and also breakfast which was excellent service . I would definatley stay at the Place again .. In fact thinking of basing myself and a group of friends here in March as it's excellent for group parties .

Significant improvement in bar/restaurant area since we first stayed there about three years ago. Again, extra cost for apartment rather than hotel room well worth it for a city break in January. Staff friendly, facilities excellent, apartment kept clean.

Noisy function on Friday night, but stopped at midnight, so fair enough. Bedroom width a bit tight, but there are doors on both sides.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the near future.I Really liked the flat screen tvs as I was able to get subtitles and been deaf it really made my stay.

A very enjoyable stay

The staff were so helpful,we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment , our stay here was for only l night,but will deff stay for a longer time next time we in manchester....

I wont give a massive review as I submitted one to your website last time. However this hotel doesnt fail to impress, I do recommend this hotel to everyone. Check in was really quick, they offered to help with the baggage and upgraded us to an executive room (it was our second stay in December alone). The rooms were cosy and warm, spotless and always well equipped. They dont skimp on items that you need, like tea towels, paper towel rolls, dishwasher tablets and milk. Brilliant location and a really classy place.
