Loistava sijainti, hyvä aamiainen, osaava henkilökunta, erikoinen vanhaan varastorakennukseen tehty hotelli.

Huoneiston toisen kylpyhuoneen suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä, toisen kylpyhuoneen lavuaari ei vetänyt ja vesaharja puuttui, toinen makuuhuone yöllä aivan liian kuuma, toiseen makuhuoneseen kuului ensimmäisenä yönä todella selvästi 3. krs:ta alempana olevan hotellin discon musiikki, samaan makuuhuoneeseen kuului kadun yömeteli myös todella selvästi. Huono huoneisto nukkumiseen.

Friendly & efficient staff and excellent location, city centre and close to main railway station

The room facilities are a bit old and light is not enough in the room. Breakfast is not attractive.

only negative was the poor water pressure and temperature of the shower.

on arrival the staff were excellent,we had booked a standard room but were upgraded to a deluxe apartment when we arrived which was amzing and more than expected.The food was also fabulous,what you would expect in a high class restaurant.One of the most favourable attributes was how helpfull,friendly and courteous the staff were at this hotel ,making it a pleasurable and enjoyable,relaxing stay.So will definitely,with out a doubt be staying here again and would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

We stayed in the penthouse - it was a duplex appartment with a roof terrace and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the facilities. Had a wonderful stay.

In the bedrooms there were no blackout curtains so they were very light in the morning. There were sky lights which were covered with Venetian blinds and they did not keep the light out at all.

When we arrived the staff could not find our booking. They responed by not only booking us a 2 bedroom apartment but also upgrading us to a Penthouse. The apartment was very spacious.

Basic furnishing of fairly poor quality that looked tired and needed replacing. The apartment was very dusty and not cleaned very well.

Excellent location, great facilities at a reasonable price!

The hotel was easy to stay in. It was clean, well maintained and had very friendly, accommodating staff. Parking was safe and secure, underground, at a reasonable price. We utilized room service, it was prompt and the food was very good. We are a family of 2 adults and children aged 2 and 4. The deluxe 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us - lots of room and very comfortable. We will stay at the Place Aparthotel every time we visit Manchester.

The place apartments was excellent for the price. Our apartment was huge and was lovely and clean. It had everything u would need. I would defiantly stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

A fantastic concept and great location, the booking process was straight forward. Loved it and would recommend it to anyone, will not be needing a typical hotel in the future!!

The partments have old floors that needs an upgrade.

Fantastic stay at the Place Apartments, rooms were comfortable and very roomy. Breakfast was fantastic value for money we pre booked which was cheaper, went with my girl friends for the weekend very central for shopping and nightlife. Would definatley stay again.
